Had some minor issues with the TV, and some of the kitchen facilities weren't very clean. They were having refurbishment works at the time, and there was some noise from that.

Great location, nice size apartment with gorgeous view. Staff were lovely and able to replenish toiletries and provide assistance when I was struggling with the internet connection.

Could have used more towels as I stayed 5 nights. Hygiene products could have been a little more upmarket. There was a power point behind the bed where the lights were plugged into. One of the plugs protruded out against the bed thus the movement of the bed caused the power point to break through the gyprock which meant that the power point was difficult and potentially dangerous to use. I needed to use the point as I use a CPAP machine while sleeping and the power source needs to be near the head of the bed. This was brought to the attention of the concierge who took photos and was going to raise this with maintenance.

Loved the location and the layout of the apartment. Has everything you would need for a stay longer than a week. Location is great and that there were 3 elevators so you didn't have to wait too long to get to your floor. Security was good too. Liked that there was a Coffee Club downstairs which had seating outside as well as inside, beautiful on a summers day. Trams and train not far away. Balcony on the apartment was nice, has seating for 2. The bed was great and the linen was comfy too.

Drapes were grubby and difficult to close, Bath room initially had invalid accessories which we did not require,( wheelchair). Staff were happy to move us into another room, The fittings (toilet etc, still left a lot to be desired, buttons loose causing them to stick down and water continually running. Water leak under the kitchen sink caused cupboard to flood. Generally the building ( and the room are beginning to show its age, Hallway doors to washing ,and laundry facilities were loose. I would like complimentry car spaces.

View was excellent, Room and facilities were a good size, shower was hot and large, kitchen facilities were good.

one elevator out of order, scuff marks on bedroom walls . We booked with breakfast included. Received 4 x $25 vouchers for on site cafe. We were not able to use combined, for a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids . So rather than a combined total of $100 to spend we has some $ forfeited as meal and drink under $25 and had to pay up for the ones over $25 - we thought this was a bit rude . Would be polite to combine cost of all 4 meals for a family and just ask us to pay if the total amount is over the $100 of the combined voucher value - this was only a trivial thing , and only amounted to a couple of dollars , but the kids felt ripped off and cheated out of $ that were forfeited rather than available for us to use as a family

Wonderful reception staff, we had a late checkin and were greeted professionally and assisted as needed . When we checked out in the morning, morning team very polite, professional and helpful as well, this makes all the difference to your day, 10 stars for the reception team. car park right next to the hotel was very convenient Room well equiped , beds, kitchen , bathroom were very very clean

The shower was very mouldy. I took photos and showed reception. They sent housekeeping to clean it. It was an improvement but still not great. There was no follow up with me to see if the problem was fixed. Not the usual Oaks standard I have been used to.

The spa was dirty and we had to give the jets a clean. The tap on the vanity was loose and same with the spa. Floor in the shower was dirty looked like it needed to be cleaned better as it looked like mold or the grout needs to be redone. The balcony also was dirty the glass and the floor

The view was wonderful and the bed was nice. Loved that it has a washing machine and dryer in the room. The pool and gym were great and the staff very friendly and easy to talk to.

The free internet was patchy and slow when access YouTube and other streaming services on the tv. Actually the YouTube was completely useless.

The spa was super comfortable and the apartment was lovely. The view was perfect!
