The noise from Hindley Street on Friday and Saturday nights was disturbingly loud / hard to sleep. Ask for. North Terrace facing room!

The loud entertainment noise happening in Hindley Street on the weekend we could hear on the 15th floor until 5am not a very good sleep. Read above re dish cloth and dish washer.

The rooms were lovely. While staying over the week having used two different rooms due to going away in the middle of our stay in Adelaide. Seeing the different rooms and what we didn't have in the first room compared to what we had in the 2nd room for example no dishwashing powder or liquid. Cleaner did put the dishes in the dish washer but when we took them out they were just as dirty and also only having one piece of paper towel to wipe down the bench instead of a chux or dish cloth.

The breakfast was a couple of buildings down the road and it was pouring with rain for the three days we were there.

The suite was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious.

We had a nice stay , so I don’t want comments here to imply otherwise , but there were a few things we would have liked If management is reading this -: How about some detergent for washing dishes : using the dishwasher for just a few plates seemed overkill A more welcoming reception and foyer area : there is plenty of space , but at present it is quite uninviting A card system that works reliably works in the lifts : everyday we watched people get stuck , unable to enter their destination in the lift The cards now need to be reprocessed often as they don’t take / or hold the data that allows them to work

I let you know I couldn't get the streaming serviced to work in the living room but it wasn't fixed. The kitchen tap was spraying but I didn't have the confidence to report it.

Simple, clean accommodation, comfortable bed, decent pool, well equipped kitchen, balcony. No restaurant but associated with a cafe nearby. Suited us well.

Our balcony faced Hinley St so we could hear street noise with the doors open but once closed the sounds reduced considerably

The only thing we were not crazy about is that the washer/dryer was a combo unit, we find those really difficult to work with the clothes don't get dry as well.

This was a tremendous location, large unit with nice comfortable bed, separate bedroom, great kitchen, very quiet, but yet close to everything.

The couch was very uncomfortable, desperately needs replacement or lots of cushions. The lifts are a bit dodgy. Key cards don’t like magnetic anything and become defective.

The bed was beautiful, extremely comfortable. The location was also fantastic. Great view. We felt very safe.

There seems to be a little problem with gaining access to Level 11 in the Lift with the 'key card'. Everything else was very good.
