The rooms are a little tired and slightly sterile, but I was there only for one night and so it didn't matter that much to me. If I were there for a longer stay, that may have been more of an issue.

There was a loud air con unit outside of our door that kept us up on the 2nd night. Fridge was noisy. Was also a fight in the hallway at 2am. We tried calling reception but couldn't get through. Got an announcement to return to our rooms but never heard the actual Fire alarm as it was so quiet which was worrying.

Location was great. Place was clean. Had everything we needed. Bed comfortable. The spa on the roof and the view was amazing.

Room was a little outdated and dark with not very good lighting. The layout of the room was odd as the tv placement meant you could only watch it sat on the edge of the bed. The shower was also temperamental.

Excellent location close to metro station. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped including dishwasher and oven. Staff were friendly and accommodating with a complimentary extra hour late check out. Room was very clean.

We found the street traffic which reached us on the 12th floor rather off putting and did not make for a restful stay. However, it was quieter than on the 4th floor where we stayed for the first night.

Location was superb with a view of Hyde Park and surrounds and handy to everything. Suite was very comfortable and clean. The ladies in reception were pleasant and helpful.

The fact I paid all this money for a view only to get a view of an apartment wall instead of a view of the city. When I booked I got told I would then when I arrived “sorry your room has been taken” very disappointed

The walls need to be painted and the lighting in the room is a bit dim. The curtains did not blockout the light and there was a lot of work happening throughout the building, so it made it hard to relax.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - especially for a studio. It is perfect for long stay as right by Hyde Park and easy walk up from Museum station.

Sauna was the winner! Room is spacious. TV on the wrong wall, can't watch from the bed really. Pool is great! Stanley st, around the corner has great eating places, away from the city noise. Easy to find the hotel, great to reach by train. The view is soooo nice too. Balcony is very so large. Tops!

Roadworks happening outside, however I understand it's not at any fault of the hotel. The room with the king size bed was slightly smaller than expected. Everything else was fine.

I had requested an early check in due to arriving from the USA at 9am. Upon arrival I found out that we had been upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and we were able to check in straight away which made our stay even better. The staff were friendly, and the location was great. It's 5min walk from the train station and there's plenty of cafes and restaurants near by.
