Lounges were not comfortable, both inside and outside. Would have liked a water jug, or even better complimentary water bottles.

One of our children went to retrieve a ball that rolled under the couch and found a used vape and other bits of rubbish were found between cushions. No clothes line for room. Our room was only serviced one time during our 5 day stay, and when it was, only one bedroom and bathroom was cleaned while the main bedroom & bathroom were not serviced / cleaned at all during the entirety of our stay.

Nothing really to dislike about the room or facilities.

The room had a great view to the west towards the glasshouse mountains etc, a lovely sunset. We stayed in this location as it was close and convenient to the morning ANZAC Day activities. The bonus of having a multitude of dining choices in an easy 5 min walking distance was great.

Not a thing I can say negative about the place at all. Not one thing and we came as a couple with my elderly father and my son and grandson had another room. It suited us all.

The location was fantastic. Loved the fact you wouldn't even have to leave the facility very far to get to the markets. Everything you ever need is within your complex, food, views, accomodation, atmosphere which was so welcoming. Absolutely loved our time there

It was falling apart and there were a few cleaning issues such as the mirror in the bathroom and the cutlery in the draw but overall it was okay.

Apartment was clean,comfortable and accommodating. We were 4 adults (2 couples), they helped us to get the beds changed to 2 kingbeds rather than singles in one of the rooms. They did this with a smile even though we forgot to request this on the original booking. Great location.

The hotel stated that there was going to be night works around. Right up until midnight, there were workers cutting concrete at the base of the hotel. We are a young family with small children and we live 7 hours away. We had to travel home on very minimal sleep. Also, the hotel staff weren’t willing to allow for a cheaper rate when it was listed on booking.com as $400 per night for the same room, rather than $600. I wasn’t overly impressed with our stay.

It was annoying our tv wasn’t working properly and they had to come up to fix it each time we turned it on. However the front desk was very responsive.

Great location- especially for families. We we’re going to the Entertainment Center and this was a very convenient and pleasant location for that. Very nice to have the cafe and outdoor dining right downstairs.

The night work construction that has just begun across the road will be awful.

The bathroom drain had a bad smell that permeated through the entire apartment. We alerted cleaners and manager and sadly this was dismissed as nothing can be done. The shower was really poor until we asked for a replacement. One lift was out of service for the easter weekend, due to routine maintenance and made journeys up and down very onerous on a very busy weekend.

We've stayed previously, and choose these apartments because they are close to family in Woody Point. We come from London and really appreciate the sea view rooms.

Was not aware that the apartment was privately owned and it was a management company in reception. 1st apartment was not up to standard had to be moved (photos were taken as evidence - Management addressed this issue). Problems with cars racing down the strip at night (Manager was aware of this). Building works were being carried out behind the apartments, one morning they started working at 5.30am. Had issue with adjoining apartment - reported they were evicted within 10 minutes (handled very promptly).
