We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThe coffee machine wouldn't work well. The options were limited and for 300$ I think this could be improved. I definitely did not like I could see the other people from the balcony next room. I didn't feel private for us and them. If I had travelled with my kids I'm sure they could have fitted in the area connecting both balconies. The door separating the bedroom and living room got stuck, doesn't seem to have any purpose.. I think the room will feel bigger without that section so we could also watch TV from the bed.
Balcony, the view was fantastic. Very close distance to restaurants / beach.

AustraliaThe room's sliding glass doors didn't lock (when reported to staff they attempted to fix the doors). The housekeeping staff checked twice during our first morning at the resort if we wanted clean towels etc. The air conditioning in the gym didn't seem to work. Having to change rooms because our door stopped locking. We only stayed 2 nights and we ended up staying in 2 apartments (the staff were very helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience).
Check in was easy and the reception staff were helpful. The room had everything we needed and had an excellent view of the ocean. The resort pool was large enough to accommodate numerous people and had a great view towards the ocean. The complex is an easy walk to numerous restaurants and cafes as well as the Redcliffe pier, Bee Gees Way and Settlement Cove swimming pool.

AustraliaThe beds were very comfortable but the lounge has seen better days but we put blankets on them to give more support. With the kitchen there was limited trays.
The apartment was large with more than enough room for a family. The location was great, just across the road from the Lagoon and shops. The view we had was looking over the water with was amazing. The apartment was very clean and offered everything you could need from kitchen and laundry.

AustraliaThe tv wouldn’t let us watch movies,the internet was lagging and I couldn’t ring down as the phone wasn’t working. Even after a handy man came up to fix the tv it still wouldn’t let us watch movies.
The staff were excellent and the room had a wonderful view. It was very quiet and cosy, just the place for someone my age.

AustraliaTV in main bedroom didn't accommodate casting and didn't have Foxtel. Not a big deal but would have been nice to have similar features as the main TV.
Room was spacious and clean. Balcony area was huge! Kitchen was well stocked with appliances/utensils etc. Beds were comfy. View was good - could have been better as we were on the side of the building however still had water views. Reception staff were amazing even when we arrived early (1130am) organised for us to park the car and had our room ready within 90minutes.

New ZealandFree WiFi was not consistent, a lot of dropping out and rather useless. Few maintenance issues like light not working, cleanliness could have been improved. Daily cleaning/service as was paid, for not done until requested.
Location was perfect. Unit was very spacious, excellent for the needs of 3 women. Very relaxing and comfortable. Kitchen and laundry facilities in room all excellent and lovely.

AustraliaRoom service was a little different each day. Beds weren't always made, washing liquid etc wasn't always replenished. But service as very prompt when we requested it to be rectified. Kitchen wasn't as well supplied as hoped.
Amazing location!!! Beautiful views. Plenty of windows and doors to allow cross breeze. Air conditioning was very helpful in summer. Indoor and outdoor seating. 1.5 bathrooms was also great when travelling with kids.

AustraliaVery limited cooking utensils. One very small frypan. Not good trying to have a cooked breakfast for six. Sausages & Bacon we cooked in oven. Went without the eggs. Next night wanted a salad and No bowl. Went to restaurant for dinner and the worst meal we have ever ordered. Salad was lettuce radish and alfalfa. Disgusting.
