You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaIt was not very clean. Surfaces were dusty and not clean, many of the cooking dishes and utensils were unclean, the bathroom floor had chunks of matted hair clumps. Luckily we only stayed 3 nights as only 1 roll of toilet paper is provided per bathroom, no shampoo or amenities provided. The apartment really needs some clean up and refreshing - broken or loose handles and drawer knobs, broken fan, no wi-fi, and terrible mobile reception. For a fancy hotel price per night it was 2 star quality.

Australia- we had to make our own beds when we got there - there was broken glass in the kitchen floor - there was a dirty used cotton bud left in the main bathroom - the layers of dust on the TV unit and the coffee table - we had to go and buy some more toilet paper. 6 women with 4 toilet paper rolls is not enough - the fan in the main bedroom was broken

AustraliaThe property did not have WiFi because reception was not that strong there. Also there were short on toilet papers so had to buy some, and dish washing soap. We were also not provided with hand soap and body wash so had to go buy some during our stay.
It was a nice size and really good location. Neat and tidy. The kitchen had a lot of cooking equipment.

AustraliaOn our arrival we could not access the lock box for the keys as it was not working. Rang the number on the lock box and their was no answer, was just lucky some else rang and the guy arrived to open the office to access the keys. Also I did not receive the email for after hours arrival directions until after I had left my home in Victoria as I had a prior destination before my arrival at Nelson Bay. An email for after hour key collection should be sent out when the accommodation has been paid for!!!! More directions as to accessing the property. We had a water leak in the apartment the first night, called the after hours number at 6:30am. Property maintenance person arrived and sent for a plumber. Plumber apparently fixed water leak which was supposed to be a leaking air conditioner. The leak came from the floor up through the carpet no where near the air conditioner. The carpet was soaked, had to ring the main office for them to organize someone to come and clean up excess water. When we went out through the days after we came back to an apartment which was starting to smell like sewage, I am very disappointed that we the guest had to ring the main office to get someone to come and clean up excess water and then still have a smelly apartment. Made a complaint at office when checking out saying that we would like a refund or even a discount on our accommodation due to the fact that whilst at the apartment we had to jump and or try and walk around this contaminated carpet which was in the hallway leading to the bedrooms. If I were this owner of this apartment I would not be very happy with the management of this water leak and wet carpet just left as it was. On the up side the apartment description says their is no parking and on arrival we found it did have parking which was great.
