Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was exceptional. Breakfast was good. The staff are second to none when it comes to their customer service roles.

AustraliaI didn't eat the breakfast and have been charged so that was a little disappointing, I was surprised to find there was nowhere to source a meal on Monday night as the restaurant that caters for the hotel is closed, what is one to do for food?

We chose the Ocean Centre due to its central location and was not let down. We parked the car in the hotels car park and walked to all the sites and attractions. It is 50m from the Main Street to an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. The main mall was a 10 minute drive away. A lovely beach across the road for a swim. Rooms were a lovely size, comfortably and as always tea and coffee making in your room is a bonus. Check in. was a breeze and staff were extremely helpful. Complimentary drink on checkin was greatly appreciated. Would stay here again

DenmarkMaybe a mosquito net for the window could have been a great idea to be able to both have the balcony door open and avoid aircondition and not invite bugs inside. Elevator was working but needed maintenance.
Ocean Centre Hotel was very accomodating in upgrading our room when we wanted an even better view of the ocean and the rooms have a nice view and are centrally located in Geraldton. For breakfast you can eat in the restaurant or go to one of the great café's close by.

AustraliaParking was very tight but also, hard to locate. Entrance was at the back of the hotel down a laneway but not signposted on the street, signposted part way down the laneway.
Location was great, right in with the restaurants and bars. right on the foreshore. easy walk to Woolworths as well. We didn't book an ocean front room, but if we had of, the views would have been amazing.
