Only down fall would of been the old tiles on the floor some could do with a new set.

Overall the hotel is a little tired and the walls are thin so we were distrupted by the very noisy people next door. The decor is pretty old and the bathrooms were very worn out and old.

See below for comments re hotel being in need of a rejuvenate. However, the staff were absolutely fantastic. I was traveling on my own with 2 young children and the staff were amazing at looking after us and accomodating needs to little ones. They even got extra colouring in print outs at meal times to keep them happy.

Ok, no table or extra chair wld been gd, extra bedside table wld be gd, sink in tea/coffee area wld have been handy, power point near bed area wld have been gd, but for our short stay we managed, thanks alot

We did our laundry and were locked out and didn’t know the code to get back in. The room had a strange unpleasant smell. They wanted a $300 bond and I haven’t revived it back. I don’t understand why they need a $300 bond for a below average hotel

There was no table to sit at to have a coffee. There were no bedside tables to put your phone on or a drink.

no pool to have a swim, advertisement said kitchen but there was not a kitchen like a oven or stove or utensils to cook anything apart from a toaster and kettle a few cups and saucers and a few knives,few spoons, few glassess to drink water. had no bigger plates to eat anything. The advert before I booked looked like it was over the marina with the boats etc not off a road not what I looked at the pictures on booking.com, apart from that everything was good.It was really quite on a night time even when we had neighbours staying next door us.

comfortable beds, clean, aircon was fantastic, staff were really nice and welcoming towards us on arrival when we walked through to reception and giving us a map of where the rooms were. When we asked about a clothes airer to get one if had one they told us that there was a washing line at the otherside of where our room was nearest the sea container which was very helpful to have. on departure we got a knock on the door from house keeping to see if we were checking out and that they would let the reception know and she was very polite and understood what I said to her the staff member for cleaning the rooms.

The hotel is a bit dated, very 70s decor and not really anywhere to put anything other than a long shelf. Somewhere to put a suitcase other than the floor would have been good. The bathroom although scrupulously clean, was quite shabby and in need of new facilities.

The bed was super comfortable and the shower was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The Shower is a bit weak on pressure & takes a bit to regulate to get an ok temperature.

The rooms are so clean & we saw the cleaning staff working so hard over a busy NYE getaway. Beds are very comfy & the actual rooms are very spacious. Microwave & Toaster came in very handy as well as BBQ facilities. Our request for additional bed was catered for. Thank you for a great stay!

The man on reception when we arrived was very grumpy! It’s a motel in the back streets of Rockingham- just needed to be aware of other people.

Most of the staff did their best to make you feel welcome and provide clean towels and room daily. The bed was comfortable and everything worked OK.

We didn't feel there was great value for money as the place is a little dated and the bed could be more comfortable however we had a good sleep.

We liked the location, the service was great and the room was a good size. The air conditioner worked perfectly and the shower was warm.

Pool area was under repair? But it looks like that's a long long term repair but really should be done as on a hot day would of been amazing to dip into and lounge around 😁
