You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very poor , even the bathroom basin had awful stains in it. On arrival there was no kind greeting , the man was very off putting needs to take a customer care corse. Will not return

New ZealandGrumpy reception we received on arrival asked for i.d and $300 dollar bond straight away no customer service here. So due to his reception we chose not to support their cafe/restaurant so cannot comment on that. Feel for extra $20 could get tidier premises similar location. Rooms require bit of t.l.c.
The location made it handy to restaurants and beach which suited us as staying one night before returning home.

AustraliaThe place is quite out dated it was more like a Motel or Motor Inn definitely not Hotel standard. The Bed was hard, the room was kept clean and so was the bathroom with fresh towels. Although cigarette smoke was able to come in through the front door and fill the room which I am allergic too and then next day you could hear the horrible sound of bonking all night, which was quite unpleasant. Fridge was tinny fruit draw could only fit two berry containers side ways.
Had a great sitting area and great access to a variety of T.V channels and Netflix channels and other. Great location and great amount of parking.
