Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaParking was difficult ( unable to use garage too tight a squeeze) however was able most nights to park in on site visitor space on not on the street .
Lovely views from balcony and roof top terrace with BBQ a bonus . Comfortable beds , good quality personal items for use . Many thoughtful extra provided .

AustraliaThe apartment is a little 'tired' and in need of some investment (which will also drive the price up). The roof top is accessible only through the stair well, not through the apartment. It's not a bit inconvenience but you tend not to go there due to the doors and limited amenities on the deck, and the view is already great from the apartment. The 2nd bedroom is tight, perfect for kids but wouldn't work for a 2nd couple. The carpark is secure but be mindful accessing it is not the easiest and could be quite challenging in a larger vehicle like a 4WD or a wagon.
Beautiful location with magnificent views. Only 6 apartments to the complex so it is quiet and private. The front porch is fantastic to sit and enjoy the view. On our stay the swell was up, the wind was from the south so it was great to just sit and watch the surf and board riders.

AustraliaThe unit had some power issues The TV IS Far to SMALL it’s not hard to give us a large TV, not everyone hangs on the beach, beach time is about 2 hrs per day. Also the unit needs some updated pots and pans and utensils.
This property had some great extras: Pod coffee Bose audio speaker ( this makes a big difference) Powerful wifi Smart tv with Netflix and others accounts and games

AustraliaThe check in was an absolute debacle, communication was atrocious, and not clear at all, I had emailed the contact persons prior to the arrival date (twice) with no communication or response at all so when we arrived it took a good hour to actually get access to the property. The property was not well maintained, whilst the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, the rest of the unit was not very clean, some lights and fans did not work. The main bedroom bed was comfortable, shower/spa bath was very hard to get in and out of and there was a sign on the bathroom wall saying the spa had been disconnected. The second bedroom double bed bunk was very uncomfortable.
location was absolutely fantastic, supplied kitchen requirements were good and little things like oil, salad dressing, coffee pods supplied.
