We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Convenient location for the beach, restaurants and cafes, and the nearby large shopping centre. Close to the Coffs Harbour Airport so not too costly a fare for a taxi.

well i arrived a day early , and the owner / manager sorted it out very quickly , so no drama there , the location is very good the Bowls club and surf club are a stones throw so easy options for dinner . its a bit dated like me but i would recommend this place .

AustraliaThis is an old motel, and some refurbishment would be appropriate. This is actually promised on a notice in the room. But everything worked well and the room was clean and pleasant.
Very convenient for us. Near the beach and several other attractions which we like. Very efficient and friendly management. Rooms were of a good size and comfortable.

Close proximity to beach,bowling club,hotel and bus service which was about 50 metres away . The lady in charge was very pleasant and had an easy outgoing personality and was able to change our room at last moment due to my wife having a mobility walker

AustraliaStayed in Unit 1 which had a staircase across the front walkway ,this was lighten up all night & the Venetian Blind was not sufficient to block it out really need Block Out Blinds/Curtains .This same Venetian had an inch of dust on it so had not been cleaned for quite some time but rest of Unit was reasonable.
