We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe fact that the staff and management could not be contacted, before arrival, during our stay or after our departure. We tried numerous times prior to our arrival time to notify someone during office hours that we would be attending outside of these hours, without success. This left us concerned as to whether we could actually gain access to our room, so much so we sought backup accommodation. We unfortunately left a very expensive pillow ($280) and have attempted repeatedly to call someone, left several messages and still no one responds.

AustraliaWhen arrived no parking inside. I parked my car on the road side. The property requested there guest to throw the garbage from the room to outside bin. We pay for service and not to do cleaning for the property. Very very poor. The window was with no locks. The put a stick in the window so it cannot be opened. I got photos. The air con is poor. They should upgrade to split system. There was no table inside the room. Attached notes on the kitchen clearly says to throw rubbish or they will charge on our card.

AustraliaWas not happy in the morning when the cleaning team were scream to each other from the top rooms to the bottom rooms whilst some guests are still asleep. Good overnight or two-night stay but I would not stay for a family holiday.
The room was clean and tidy and the location to food and drink venues was great. It was an easy to find location, with easy access to main feeder roads. Being directly opposite the beach was a nice bonus.
