Very enjoyable, this is our 3rd time staying here and it is very good relaxing right on the beach. The property was a lot cleaner and tidy than last year which was great

The ceiling fans were more decorative than actually cooling and during the summer months the 2 smaller bedrooms got very hot. There's air con in the master bedroom and in the dining room. I would suggest getting air con units in smaller bedrooms.

It's such a beautiful home, with really lovely renovations. I loved the kitchen, and it was so handy having a washing machine downstairs, too, along with the additional bathroom. I really love the artwork in the home as well! It was so close to the beach which was wonderful!

The outside bins were already quite full from previous tenants and smelt very bad from rotten food. This was a minor problem though.

House was beautiful. Location was fantastic- straight across from the beach. Lovely verandah to sit and relax on.

The air conditioner in the living area didn't work properly however there was a great sea breeze that blew through the house so it wasn't a huge problem.

Great location. Easy walking distance into Mission Beach town and right next to the beach. Lovely verandah on the front with sea views to have meals on and relax.Plenty of parking which was great with a boat. 3 bedrooms so it is great for a family.

Nothing really. Front screen door doesn’t open fully, rear door needs a real screen instead of the flimsy mesh, but that’s being picky.

The patio outdoor furniture wasn’t very comfortable. A nice couch or more comfy seats would be great. The television was not very good and had terrible volume. Some of the kitchen draws were broken, which didn’t worry is but they will need fixing.

Fantastic location and the property had a lot of charm and character of an old Queenslander. The property was big enough for our family and we were very comfortable.

My only criticism from our stay was our bed was a little uncomfortable, could use a better mattress and some new pillows ! And it would be great to have somewhere to hang your towel maybe under the deck when you get home from the beach!

Great location right near beach and a short walk to the cafes and restaurants. Cute old Queenslander house with little quirky themes in each room.

As it was managed through a real estate, you had to do quite a bit of communication with them, signing off terms and conditions, pages of rules, large deposit etc. also because it was through real estate, everything was minimum cost: stuff like paper towel roll with 2 single sheets of paper, see through toilet paper, 6 people, 2 nights and only 1 single coffee pod! Quite funny actually

No hot water on arrival. Quickly attended to next day by the agent. Supplies were meagre. E.G. 1 coffee pod only supplied for 2 persons 4 day stay. Upstairs bathroom was ok for 2 persons. Any extras would need to use the one downstairs - most suited to rinsing off after being on the beach. No towels there. Overall maintenance lacking. Barbecue overall looked uninviting, and needs cleaning. Did not use it Lacking blankets

Charming character property, and location close to foreshore. Quiet.
