Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Beautiful clean apartment, very modern furniture and touches. Felt cosy and just very well situated for location to all types of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The check in process was super detailed and easy which made our whole experience calm and simple.

AustraliaBit hard to find as taxi dropped us off at wrong spot. Bedroom window would not open. Only 1 wine glass….. All very clean except around the plug hole of handbasin…could see the mould. Not sure if you can remove plug to clean it. Just FYI one pane of glass on the balcony had the rubber support hanging out which probably needs to be addressed to stop the whole pane of glass slipping out.
It was very close to cafes and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable.

I was given clear instructions of where to collect the keys. Instructions for parking, where to enter the building (ie at your 1 O'Clock enter through the glass door) etc. where very clear & concise. I was able to communicate with the owner via text who responded promptly to any issues/requests

Also with 4 Adults staying would not expect to pay $60 for an extra car space in the casino car park ,would have appreciated the swipe to allow at least two cars into Casino car park and one car the private car space ...Not happy
