Unit 120, the frig door would not close properly. The plug in the bathroom got stuck and couldn’t get it out to wash up. I had to “cup” out the water

The shower and spa taps were dripping constantly. But nothing that new washers wouldn't fix. The bed was ok. But it is starting to get a bit saggy. Due for an upgrade soon. The steps going up to the room were a bit slippery in the wet.

The view was great, looking out over the water. The room was clean and comfortable for our weeks stay. The restaurant had great food and reasonably priced. The staff were lovely. The location was quiet. The pool looked great, but we didn't use it. The grounds are clean and maintained. Would happily stay again.

Faulty doors. Woken at 7am by painters and scaffolding blocking front door and beach view blocked by painters using our patio. Very upset but new room was completely a positive improvement. Management could not have been more helpful.

Staff had to move us when the room was very substandard. No maintenance had been done. Staff were incredibly supportive.

The location is beautiful. I chose it so I could look out over the ocean to Brampton, my old island home.

Could do with a range of pillow sizes as all were a little too hard/large so maybe a smaller softer pillow as option on the bed, I do normally take my own but forgot to on this occasion. Screen door and glass sliding doors are both very hard to lock closed.

Love the position, perfect. Quite clean and easy to access etc. Highly recommend.

The accommodation was clean and fresh. Adequate amenities and lovely pool. Being right on the water meant walks were a must daily. Not a swimming beach.

The bath room is a bit old and could use a little TLC but it does not matter as everything was fairly clean. We thought we could have breakfast at the pool but the restaurant was not open before lunch time

All sorts of amenities provided one can think of, e.g. Nespresso machine incl. capsules, fully equipped kitchen, nice smelling soap, etc. The bed linens, ample cushions and blanket were made of incredibly soft cotton and the bed had a very comfortable mattress. The air condition is new and runs very calmly, so it is not disturbing the sleep.

Confusing at first getting to room but was easy to remember after the first time.

Tidy room with comfy bed and great view of beach. Portacot was well received and comfortable for toddler. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Clear instructions on check in/out procedures.

The aircon needed cleaning, it was clogged up with black wet, furry stuff that was blown out when in use. I didn't use it after the 1st time

Washing up has to be done in bowl from bathroom sink. Howling wind noise under front door due to missing seal (fixed by using towel placed on floor). But these were minor points - we enjoyed our short stay.

Great view. Comfy bed. Breakfast on balcony. Chose this particular room carefully based on reviews - similar rooms on the listing at this address get poor reviews - this one was getting better reviews.
