well positioned close to all the attractions of airlie , the apartment was magnificent one of the best and well appointed we have ever stayed in , we shall recommend highly to all our friends and family.

Because it was below the owners home you did hear a little bang and housework now and again, but nothing you wouldn’t already hear in shared accommodation!

Perfect location for a very reasonable price. Have a whole apartment on the lower level of the owners home, so have access to a living room, washing machine, kitchenette and a small garden

Generous space, bigger than it looks in the photos. Well appointed, with both a study nook and a dining table. Large couch. Comfy bed. Aircon in both the living and bedroom areas - much appreciated on a hot humid night! Great location a sub-10 minute walk to the main restaurant strip.

Nothing at all - it was as described (I.e no kitchen sink) and very comfortable for the two of us with plenty of space to sit, read and relax.

The flat was large and welcoming - the photos didn’t do justice to it. It has a lovely terrace to sit out on, films, writing desk and a relaxing bedroom and walk in wardrobe. The street it sits on is quiet but everything is in easy walking distance. I wish we could have stayed there longer as it was super peaceful and Val was exceptionally kind to us during our stay - letting us check in early to relax after a long early bus journey and taking care of our bags when we booked for a tour.

It had everything we needed. Val was kind enough to allow us to use her own washing machine. We slept really well. We only stayed for one night so we were grateful that was allowed as we appreciate it’s a lot of work for the host.

Great location overlooking the Coral Sea Marina, easy walk to this Marina where we boarded a sail trip. Very spacious rooms, clean, well working air conditioning, comfortable bed, location very quiet at night, nice little patio, little kitchen, good WiFi, great shower. Overall wonderful!

It's a bit odd that there's no sink in the kitchen meaning you have to wash up in the bathroom. There's only a microwave in the kitchen.

The furnishings in the apartment are first rate, it's spacious and very comfortable. Well located for the centre of Airlie Beach.

We believe that was connected to the main house. The connecting door was locked (from the other side) the entire time but possibly a point for solo travellers to be aware of. As we didn’t love the feeling that someone could come into our space. Also owners walked past the window of our bedroom through the shared garden so possibly could be a bit more private.

Great location - in particular close to the coral sea marina which is where lots of great restaurants and tours take place. Comfortable bed and great view outside. Friendly hosts. Overall lovely apartment and we had a great stay!

Only problem I felt was curtains don’t close properly of kitchen area and water you need to take from bathroom washbasin (which many people doesn’t like) but I am not gonna deduct ratings for this as I liked this apartment a lot.

Apartment had every basic thing, and owner was reachable every time, they are even accommodative with your needs like I had to keep luggage for sometime. And apartment did felt like luxury stay to us.
