It was a little bit squeezy bench space wise in the kitchen but we managed. It had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay here. The king size bed was great and the bathroom was newly renovated. Breakfast supplies were good and parking was easy. Olinda Country Cottages was a perfect midway stopover for our visit to the Dandenongs. Kathy and Wally were very communicative and helpful hosts.

Can't think of anything. I did mention that the silicone ice cube tray made the water in my bottle taste like silicone but that was easily fixed. Kathy the host was lovely.

We Loved Olinda Country Cottages. This is our fourth stay up in the Dandenongs and this was our favourite accommodation so far. The cottage is super comfy with everything we needed. Great big, somfy bed, modern bathroom with corner spa bath, nice breakfast ingredients supplied, small fridge, cooking hob, big couch, TV that can be watched in bed or from the spa (not a huge TV but big enough) and a balcony with a gorgeous view all the way to Melbourne and the bay. You don't spend all your time at the cottage because there;s so much to do in the Dandenongs but we LOVED the location because it was so close to everything including the fabulous Indian by Nature restaurant which is a three-minute walk away. We loved our long weekend at Olinda Country Cottages and will definitely be back!

The hosts were lovely and couldn't do enough to see to our comfort. The studio cottage had recently had a bathroom update with was luxurious with a large bathroom and fabulous shower. We were contacted after booking so they could supply the bread etc we liked so we had all we needed to prepare breakfast which was included. It was perfectly situated to a few shops and eateries if you wanted to walk rather than be in the car all the time. There was also plenty of things to see around the area that didn't take long to get to and a bus route that we didn't use but is there for those without a car.

The family suite has a lot to offer 2 bedrooms, lots of room to move around and the garden has BBQ facilities available. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Not to mention the staff with helping to make you feel comfortable.

Beautiful cottage surrounded by plants and trees that are 100 years old. location is perfect with best view in Olinda. Coffee shop only 2 mins walk.

We stayed at the family room which was little older than I expected, however we soon discovered that it was very clean and comfortable with plenty of provisions in the kitchen and bathroom (big fluffy towels!). Other extra touches included being asked our milk and bread preferences prior to arrival with a varity of food being provided. Our hosts were welcoming, shared their local knowledge and made sure we had everything we needed. The weather was initially rainy and cold, and there was plenty of wood for the fire as well as electric heating, so it was quite cosy and relaxing. Everything we needed was a short walk or drive away and despite being near the road it was quiet.

As it’s an old building, there are some quirks like light switches in odd places and old furniture. But everything was very cozy and comfortable.

Old fashioned but cozy and had everything we needed for a lovely long weekend. Breakfast supplies were generous and suited us perfectly. Arriving on a chilly night to a roaring fire was a perfect touch. The kids adored the tree swing in the yard, and the basket of toys.

Underestimated how cold it could be here in spring, so the log fire was fantastic. The location could not be better for all the sights. The breakfast provisions were great and plentiful.

We had a lovely stay, we were initially met by Kathy and shown around the room. Kathy was great with my autistic son, he even got to go in the garden and dig for worms! The breakfast items provided were great too! It meant I didn’t have to get supplies as soon as we arrived. We will be back if we’re ever in the area again.

I was hesitant to use the jacuzzi bath because I didn't know how recently it had been cleaned. Including that information in the check in would have been great.

the location was excellent, very centrally located. There were a number of good restaurants within walking distance. The accommodations were nice, and plenty of good things were provided by the owners.

We weren't a fan of the pillows but everything else was amazing.

Breakfast that was supplied was perfect, the location is perfect as it's walking distance to the main streets of Olinda. The bed was comfortable and the spa bath was beautiful. The cottages are gorgeous and the perfect setting for country getaway.

None - this place is perfect.

Kathy and Wally are just superb - they emailed us days before our arrival to provide information about the cottage and prepared food for us in the fridge! The cottage is very quaint, well-kept and lovely. The fireplace kept us warm and there were lots of DVDs to watch, such a nostalgic way to spend time with the kids. Feels right at home here!
