this has nothing to do with the property, but the town reticulated water supply (bore water) does smell rather strongly of hydrogen sulphide when having a shower and takes a bit of getting used to, so be warned when visiting Winton!

This place was an oasis and everything was thought of for our stay right down to the recommendation of the Tattersalls Pub for dinner (was great by the way). Loved Olive Grove and was amazing, comfortable and beautiful.

We loved everything about this property. Beautifully designed and finished. Exceptional facilities and guest guides to take advantage of everything the property has to offer. Loved it! Oh, and the welcome hamper was delicious!

Would have liked somewhere to put our clothing, needed a tall boy in each bedroom so guests don’t have to live out of a suitcase. Beautiful and comfortable large couch however two smaller couches may be more conducive to two couples sharing this incredible property.

We loved pretty much everything about this stunning home. From the exceptionally comfortable furnishings including couch and beds, linen and towelling. The home is beautifully styled, and we loved all the high end touches including Smeg appliances, incredible bathroom and the thoughtful and generous gift hamper left by our friendly hosts!

Linen bedding looked lovely but I prefer cotton or bamboo - not so scratchy on my skin.

Loved having a coffee machine and spacious kitchen. Comfortable beds and lounge sofa. Lovely thoughtful decor made our stay very relaxing. Would have used the lovely bath but didn’t take togs and not really screened for privacy. Lovely range of personal care products.

Only things we would suggest would perhaps be face washers added to the supplied linen and bathrobes to get to/from the house to the stunning outdoor bath. And a warning to not wear silver jewellery while bathing/showering as the town water turns this tarnished (but all fixed with some Silvo purchased from the local supermarket) 😀

What a beautiful property! Everything is thought of. It's stunning. I think it would have to be the most beautiful house/property in Winton. The attention to detail is exquisite. Bed was sooooo dreamy and comfortable, coffee machine made delicious coffees, rain shower is divine.

Maybe a BBQ?

Very comfortable well presented property that accommodates two couples easily. It’s located within a 10/15 minute walk from the CBD shops, pubs & supermarket. A/c in each room which we needed during a very warm August stay. Nice front balcony for afternoon snacks in the fresh air. Beds were very comfortable.

We loved the cottage - no complaints here.

The location was excellent. We found the Olive Grove very clean, lovely and homely. Beautiful kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and living room. The outdoor bathtub was a real treat, and we were sorry we didn't get a chance to light the outside fire pit. Next time.

The house was excellent, Winton was very cold at night so we hit the hot outdoor bath after the opera, it was fantastic, sitting with the garden lights off and star gazing. House and bedrooms were warm and cozy. All of the kitchen items and supplies were great. Well done guys.

Wasn't a huge fan of linen bath towels. But they did look nice! And the only thing missing for this mama of a birthday boy was a cake tin. But that's a pretty specific thing ( and my bad to forget to bring one)!

Comfy beds, sparkling clean, well appointed. So many lovely touches. Lovley kitchen and bathroom products, nespresso machine, smart TV. It really felt like a touch of big city luxury in Winton. We wish it hadn't been 41C, so we could have tried the outdoor bath and fire pit!

This was a beautiful home. So relaxing. I loved the linen sheets on the luxurious bed. The bathtub out the back was a real treat. I loved the way the home had been decorated. The whole house was of a very high standard. So peaceful. Loved the Mediterranean feel especially the bathroom. It was a sheer joy to stay. Just sad we couldn’t have stayed longer.

nothing about the property itself. just the address on Booking.com showed 19 cork st but the house was around the corner in Nesbit st which caused a bit of confusion when we arrived.

the outdoor bath was amazing. the coffee machine was wonderful. the beds were very comfortable. it was a very nice clean and comfortable place to stay while we explored the area.

The water has a sulphur smell - it is water from the artesian basin - it is not so bad if you are expecting it and know that it is common in these areas.

This property is outstanding. What an oasis, a wonderful oasis. We have stayed in a lot of properties around the world, and this is one of the best. Decor - should be in Home and Garden! Outdoor bath - brilliant. Fire pit - such a great idea. Nespresso coffee - I love that touch. The kitchen - so stylish. Big Frame TV - wow!

These points are so minor, as we thought the cottage was just perfect. The shower was stunning and very lovely to use, but it flowed over onto the bathroom floor. A bench for the bags/clothing would be helpful in the bedrooms.
