We had a few issues with our first room , it was eventually sorted out and we were moved to a better room . However , as hotels always encourage you to book direct with them , perhaps if you book through Booking.com you are not offered the best rooms ?

Some spider webs in the apartment and the bed was extremely soft (which happens not to be my preference). It is just a bit too far from the beach to make it perfect.

Great resort on top of a hill between the main beach / Hastings Street and the Noosa Plaza area with Coles and more restaurants. The ladies at the reception were always helpful and super nice. I parked the car for the weekend in their garage and did everything on foot (or hopped on the free-weekends- bus for one station on the way back if I was too tired for the walk up the hill). Pool is huge and Coffee shop next to the pool great. Loved my stay and would recommend the place.

The cafe closed early (possibly due to staff shortages), which meant there was nowhere convenient to buy cold drinks/ice blocks. Maybe a drinks fridge could be added to reception.

Location was excellent, a short walk down the hill to the main beach and shopping/dining strip. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The pool was a highlight, and a perfect option when the beach was getting busy or it was getting too hot for sand!

By the last day, the 3 walks/day up the hill - no matter, Oggy scooters to the rescue!

We had to wait for check-in. The room was ready at 2.30 pm (check-in time 2.00 pm), but in the meantime, we enjoyed the pool, and they gave us complimentary coffees.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The premium penthouse has a fantastic view of the hills and the beach with its bbq and spa. Well designed. Lovely staff.

shower screen glass door needs a couple of small rubber stoppers. the new spa will be greatly needed. instructions on how to turn the festoon lights on the rooftop would help.

tired resort / rooms no one on reception after 4 everything locked up situation is poor - at the top of long hill so walk into Noosa downhill about 20 mins ok but at night it’s a good 25 min slog uphill found out by talking to people there’s a free bus with a stop close to hotel but they only run once an hour at night plus no taxi /Uber will take you as distance too short so stuck walking back up that blasted hill

There was no room service or housekeeping for our rooms in the morning, so we did have to do all of our own cleaning. Would have been nice to have that done.

The resort was lovely and a great getaway. The beds were very big and comfortable, the spa in the room was very convenient and relaxing after a long day of hiking/exploring and the outdoor area was beautiful. Was very good to have a gym area too within the resort. The spa and pool was a warm temperature. We also were very pleased with the parking and easy access/good to find. It was also very close to the main strip of shops and restaurants in Noosa Heads - great location. We had a beautiful stay.
