Sofa stained and light from the hallway beams into the rooms – but neither were huge issues.

Lovely room in a beautiful setting and great location. Friendly staff, decent gym and pool area. Wish we’d stayed longer than 2 nights!

The location is perfect in the heart of Noosa. Low key but efficient service - the rooms are great. Really comfy bed, plenty wardrobe space, nice powerful shower, air con that works! And an amazing private terrace one floor up with perfect sea views & spa bath. It’s way better here than the pics on the internet. I’d definitely come here next time we’re in Noosa - couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended

The wifi wasn’t good - so at night we couldn’t really watch any Netflix etc as it either wouldn’t connect at all, or would freeze constantly .

The room studio suite was perfect for two. From 13. Ocean view, enormous balcony with hot tub, bbq, and two lounge chairs. Unobstructed Ocean views. The staff were exceptional - Liz, Olivia sand Laura and I stay in a lot of hotels. They genuinely cared and were very friendly and beyond attentive in so many ways. We loved the pool, Ocean access, prime location. Upon arrival perfect, re: cleanliness, towards the end housekeeping really lagged but the ladies at the front desk, again, sanitizing and on top of it. We stayed for 9 days and couldn't have left more relaxed and wanting to return soon.

A bit confusing with the parking arrangement - notes in the room's compendium say that there's a space for each unit, however our hired scooter (which was parked in our Unit's spot) was 'moved' to another spot without consultation. Not impressed.

Location is on Noosa Beach with great restaurants all around. Staff phoned a few days before we arrived to check on how we were arriving, if we needed a car park, and at what time we would likely arrive so as they could try and have our unit ready.

Location location location! Its right on Noosa beach boardwalk and Hastings. Great pool and rooftop views from our suite. In-room dining is from Boardwalk bistro so we felt very spoilt.

Been to Noosa a few times, the staff were all so friendly and I'm a grump :) location is as good as it gets .. having a personal BBQ option in a 6 star resort is what I expect.. 11/10

Too much noise comes through the door and didn't feel private in the bedroom. Also I stayed by myself if I had anyone else in my room the bathroom was not private, fun idea but not my thing. Coffee pods were awful. Restaurant had no closing time on the menu so I assumed it would be open 24hours. I tried ordering at 9pm and it was closed. Spa bath ran out of hot water after 20cm height of water.

Decor in my room was beautiful on level 2. Decor in friends room on level 1 was dull and not beachy. I liked having an apartment style even though I didn't need to use all the facilities. My sofa was super comfy. I liked the location. Liked that laundry facilities didn't cost extra to use.

Soft mattresses, bed on wheels moving about, shower in the bedroom. Dated toilet with old chip board for framing/closing gaps. Expected more from a beautiful hotel location and price point. Unfortunately the rooms outdoor spa also wasn’t in work order.
