    Lots of traffic- could only hear it a little bit if the sliding doors were closed

    Loved that it was so clean and comfortable. Everything you need was provided. Great views from rooftop. Near to lots of restaurants and cafes.

    The toilet seat wasn't on correctly and needed to be repaired, which was done but did take 2 days. The shower spits water on the floor and both of us nearly fell over. Bathroom could do with a refurbish. The parking bays are numbered in an unusual fashion. There is a lot of heat and light coming directly into the bedroom. There is also a fair bit of road noise.

    Great location, staff were helpful and apartment had pretty well everything we needed. It was clean. Love having a washing machine and dryer. IGA is just down the road so easy to stock up on things.

    It was very central to get around Brisbane and access to public transport. It was quiet and very comfortable. Good amenities also

    Slightly unpleasant smell in the corridor outside of the apartment, most likely cooking smells from other apartments on the floor. No problem at all once inside the apartment.

    Spacious apartment with large balcony. Very clean, fully equipped kitchen & laundry. Beds comfortable, shower/bathroom clean and modern, good water pressure. Very bright, lots of daylight through floor to ceiling windows. Three minute walk to Pubs, Restaurants, IGA and Convention Centre. Nice rooftop terrace with a pool and comfortable seating area with two BBQs. Very good AC. Quiet when sliding doors to balcony closed despite a busy street below. Staff very friendly and accommodating. On the ground floor next to the main entrance is a nice cafe with a good range of sourdough bread based breakfast and lunch varieties.

    No BBQ tools in room to utilise BBQ facilities on first night, (wooden spat not a lot of use), garbage disposal area in basement not signposted & very difficult to locate when clearing room on exit.

    Proximity to Southbank & CBD, facilities, parking. Most things perfect apart from listed below.

    The main bed had a big dip on one side of the mattress which was uncomfortable for my partner

    An easy walk to Southbank and restaurants. The pool was lovely …albeit a little cold but it was late April. The apartment was clean and modern and had a nice deck. Out of hours check in was easy with key in lock box. Car parking was included in price.

    The check out process was quite awkward as I left before reception was open but I thought I needed the key fob to get to the parking garage so I had to leave my car on the street and run the key back after getting out. Could have been my mistake but I think a key drop box as you exit the parking garage would be very useful.

    The apartment was incredibly comfortable from the couches to the bed. The bathroom was spacious, lots of shelving available. The view was nice and the top floor with pool was a great escape.

    The reception desk is only available from 8 AM to 5 PM. The desk closes at 1 PM on Sundays. Lockboxes for keys are available for after hours, but you have to let them know in advance if you want to check in when the reception desk is closed. This works OK, but you just have to be aware of the limitations when you check in.

    Located near the attractions and restaurants in South Brisbane. Clean and roomy one bedroom apartment. The top floor pool and lounge area with barbecues was very nice.

    Could benefit from a bed upgrade but it’s fine for a couple of nights

    Best, best shower; excellent kitchen facilities; absolutely perfect location for exploring Brisbane. Enjoyed both our balcony and the roof space! Would definitely book again if in Brisbane.
