We loved everything, from the first moment we arrived by car and opened our door in the rain and we were welcomed with help and umbrellas. Loved the welcome as we entered the House and the welcome drink, all very appreciated. The meals were all amazing and the breakfast was excellent.

The food was a bit disappointing, not up to the standard I would have expected from that quality of hotel. Breakfast had no "help yourself items" e.g. fruit, cereal - it was all to order, and that took a long time!

The location was beautiful and an interesting part of the country.

The sauna was a bit glitchy, and guests were unable to add water.

Breakfast was included and made to order—very generous portions. Numerous fresh and tasty options were a highlight and a great start to the morning. Fire feast is a must; the food is locally sourced and delicious. Every corner of the place is considered, cosy and quiet.

A little overpriced.

Great location, atmosphere, facilities. Staff were friendly, and helpful, if a little fresh to the role sometimes. Food was delicious. We stayed in the cabin, which was lovely and secluded.

There is nothing really- we played Scrabble and some tiles were missing that was about it. Everything was just perfect during our entire stay.

Absolutely delicious! We ate out on the lovely deck overlooking the national park every morning. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Good coffee too.

A beautifully designed property serviced by friendly and attentive staff. The multiple dining options served delicious food and wine at all times of the day and the spa treatments are divine. A little slice of heaven in a very beautiful and quaint location. Can't wait to return!

Wine list for single glasses too limited. Food in the restaurant a little fussy/little and limited - appreciating that this is not a big property and lovely to have the gift of two restaurants, just check the menus before settling on where to eat. Some translation difficulties with staff - and that should not distract from how kind and engaging the staff were.

A gloriously maintained property and garden tucked away in one of those picturesque tongue twistingly named southern highland villages - Bundanoon. Fabulous and attentive staff, both local and travelling … always fun to explore other peoples travels. Bedroom suite had all that we required and more - the shared balcony attractive but would have preferred more window/natural light in the room.

Overall great stay. Staff were very helpful but bar and food staff could be a better trained. Breakfast was good however would have liked a bircher muesli option. No staff approached us in the main lounge in the evening after dinner to aks us if we would like anything

Spectacular location and gorgeous interiors and decor. Set against the backdrop of a national park with kangaroos and abundant bird life to view as you enjoy cocktails or breakfast on the expansive deck. Fantastically comfortable beds and rooms of quiet serenity. Splendid pool area with enormous striped sofas, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna. Staff - knowledgeable, attentive and very friendly without being obsequious. Altogether wonderful.
