A little noisy early morning with street sweeper and garbage truck, but otherwise nothing!

When we returned at 9:30 to watch the end of the football and have a nightcap the staff seemed annoyed we were keeping them late. The waitstaff put up the chairs at the table in front of us as we were watching the screen. We ordered some dessert and they again seemed annoyed we wanted to stay a little longer. There was another table there and knew they shut at 10:30. We found it comical in the end. We will come back for all the things we like but the staff do need a reminder about attitude to customers.

The bed and shower were fantastic. The dinner was fabulous, the food was exceptional.

We were told we were in a quiet room away from the function spaces and we didn’t hear much noise from the restaurant or bar, but we had a constant humming noise from outside the room all night. Also early on Saturday morning there was some drilling and banging from below in the restaurant.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and a good size.

We overlooked the street which was a little noisy

central location, we were greeted by friendly staff, Our room was spacious had a balcony, bed comfortable. Had Tea and coffee, bathroom was a little small but nice shower. breakfast was very nice in the cafe bar area. Had guest parking out the back. Would recommend.

There was hardly any water pressure in the shower. The temperature was Luke warm at best.

I loved the location and the value for money of the hotel. The staff were great. Comfy bed. Would stay again.

Room was very spacious, bathroom was luxurious. Bed was very comfortable including pillows. Staff were very accommodating including moving us to a room not affected by late night noise. We ate breakfast at the onsite restaurant which was of a high standard. Location is great. Onsite parking available.

The property was fine. It would be good to have some healthier breakfast options available. Guests should have the basic cereal/toast option available

Good location and good value. The communication to me as I was not arriving till 11pm was great. Instructions were clear to obtain the key and where to park my car.

Nothing - one could comment that the room was smallish but for an older establishment it is probably expected.

All the staff members that we encountered were incredibly friendly and efficient. The rooms were set out beautifully and the beds were very comfortable. Great value for money too. We really loved our stay here, and would definitely come back. Thank you very much lovely people XX
