The apartment was great we had a kitchenette which was well stocked for breakfast and had Tea & Coffee making facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a great size. The view over the Tamar River was great too!

Very cosy and clean apartment with view over the Tamar River. Our host Pete is very friendly and welcoming, and gave us very detailed information about check-in procedures and everything. We enjoyed our stay so much.

We loved the place but it was the caring response of the owner that took things to a different level. We had an incident, where my wife touched a decorative handmade mirror in the bathroom and it came off its mounts, smashing into the sink, and cutting her hand. We reached out to the owner and he came around immediately to make sure we were OK, thankfully only minor cuts. He provided band-aids. While we were out to dinner the damage was cleaned up all the glass shards were removed, towels were replaced and a temporary mirror was provided. The owner followed up to see that my wife was OK. Above and beyond support, thank you.

Wardrobe in bedroom didn't fit the rest of the decor. My wife wanted to read some of the books but the cupboards were locked. A fan in toilet would be good. The bed was uncomfortable, sagged in middle with 2 people sleeping and the electric blanket connectors dug into our shoulders when sleeping. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

The pillows, although ample in number, were all too hard for my head/neck. I would've liked to find different styles of pillows available. Also a hand towel would've been handy for the toilet room basin. When booking I mistakenly thought the bath tub was a spa tub and wanted to soak with spa jets after a long & stress filled week. The error was solely mine though, as there was no mention of a spa jet tub in the promotion for Ou+look Bnb. Otherwise I had a lovely stay, albeit for just the 1 night.

The instructions for the unit were clear and direct. The door opens directly into the little kitchenette area, through to a wide hallway. Off the hallway are 3 doors on the right, being the bedroom, the lounge/library area & the bathroom, complete with large soaker tub. The door at the end is a very large toilet room. Loads of space for comfort and privacy. Each room has everything you could ask for, wrapped up in luxury and comfort.

Because I dont have car, it is bit challenging for me to go to restaurants around for foods. Luckily there is a fast-food van stopping nearby from 4pm daily.

The unit is super lovely, clean & has everything guests may need. There is a bedroom, a living room, a spacious bathroom with bathtub, and a very cozy & cute kitchen with a fantastic view to the river. Pete is a great host, very responsive & takes care well the unit.

The only thing I didn't like, was having to leave and come home 😀

While business took us to Tasmania initially, we extended our stay for a much needed holiday. Stayed 2 nights in Hobart, then 3 here at Ou+look BnB at the amazingly beautiful Rosevears... we totally would do it again in a heartbeat if ever back in Tassie. A gorgeous unit, totally private and even soundproof, with views to LIVE for! The surrounding gardens were beautifully maintained. The atmosphere and everything about our stay here was absolutely THE BEST!! Sorry it's taken me so long to get this review done. Love! Love! LOVED it!! Even the "fairy ring" of toadstools, red with white dots at the "bottom" of the garden. Actually, there were several rings, so even the fairies must love hanging out here 😉 😀 Sorry also, but my images of the inside are all videos, so I have simply indulged you with the stunning view from just about every window ... you're welcome. 😀

Amazing views, extremely comfortable with everything you could ask for. Even better than the pictures!! There were cute wallabies in the garden amongst the fruit trees and a serenity and peacefulness about the whole area. Located minutes from the Rosevears Hotel for a good hearty dinner and close to some beautiful wineries with the friendliest staff. A true Gem. Highly recommended.

The WIFI was a little slow, but it was still workable.

The property was amazing. We were surprised by the size. We loved the views of the Tamar River. The property is close enough to everything to be handy, but far enough away that the nights were extremely peaceful.

One of the towels didn't smell too fresh and I had to re-shower.

Beautifully presented apartment, boasting a magnificent view of the Tamar landscape. The comfort of the apartment feels like a home away from home. The continental breakfast was lovely with a touch of fresh fruits to keep us healthy. I generally felt covid safe, which is an important factor for us.
