We had a quiet room for one night, served the purpose of our quick stay over.

As the weather was turning, bedding is a little cold when just made with sheets. The blankets were quite old & thin. It would be nicer to have a warmer softer blanket. Also, our room did not have any hair conditioner, a little frustrating when I had washed my hair but realised too late I did not have any conditioner. We also noticed mould around the air conditioner outlets & there was a leaking tap in the in the kitchenette sink.

It was out Wedding Anniversary & we were given 2 x complimentary tickets for breakfast, unexpected & so appreciated. Also the lovely gift of chocolates & balloons & Card from Mantra made it feel extra special. We love the locations & have stayed with you many times because of the hotel, the location & also the undercover parking. Thank you

I didn't love the noise from outside that could be heard in the mornings. Both mornings we woke up to the garbage trucks banging around. Also didn't love the elevator being so far from the entry/exit.

It's a great location and right where we needed to be. Also liked that there are a range of accommodation/dining/leisure options.

Location location location...perfect for what we needed. With some older members of our family attending, it was so easy to get them from the rooms to the club. No worries about traffic. The rooms were very comfortable, and it was easy to relax and let the world go by. Great views from most rooms and no street noise....the perfect get away.

Whilst the room was very good, clean, and looked after, perhaps an update would be a good idea and suitable since there's the new, two towers across the road and more new construction happening.

Location was super excellent. The view was stunning. It was my Son's birthday, and the beautiful staff had put ballons and chocolates for him, a delightful surprise, and very thoughtful!!! They went above and beyond for him. We loved it!!! Thanks so much, our deep appreciation to the staff!!!

Construction work made access to areas in resort a bit challenging- very easy to get lost

My original room smelt like mildew and mould. On closer inspection, this is exactly what I could see. The doors clearly hadn't been opened in that room for quite some time. I asked to be moved since the smell was quite overpowering, and I could see visible mould. I was moved to another room, which smelt better and given some breakfast vouchers. Both rooms had embedded dirt around the edges of carpet, soap scum & mould/mildew in bathrooms, wardrobe frame dirty with visible rubbish on the bottom tracking, chair at desk had built up dust on it. I stepped on some sort of chocolate food on the carpet. It's clear cleaning is a rough wipe down of easy to do spots only and change the sheets. The kitchenette in each room was kitted out differently in terms of kitchen tools, cockery, and cutlery. After moving to the second room, I felt like I was originally allotted the worst room in the whole hotel that only gets used if the place is full. But of course there were other rooms. The second room was slightly better. This hotel is a bad look for the Mantra brand.

Great location to some of the most beautiful beaches on the Gold Coast. The breakfast had a wide variety of food on offer. Kitchenette was ok, although my original room was not equipped the same as the room I ended up moving to. Pools were nice, especially nice to have a large enough outdoor pool to do some laps. Views were ok on the harbourside. Gym ok, free weights would be a good addition. The room was a holiday size with a great balcony.
