Great service, excellent beds, good night sleep (surprisingly silent especially as there was AFL match)

The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful especially the night concierge M. He was fantastic, happy to help despite the late hour of our arrival. Our room had two separate and gorgeous views - city and catherdral. It was quiet and clean. The room had an extra bed as requested and the room and bathroom were spacious. All the beds and pillows - heaven, so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. And coffee machine and guest bathrobes a plus. Room service and food exceptional. Loved the automatic curtains, lighting and movies on demand etc. Location - easy and pretty walk to WCH and Rundle Mall. And the leisure centre access was fantastic too. Easiest parking in Adelaide.

Being close to activities around the Torrens was ideal. Being away from the shopping precinct suited us. Close to art gallery, Museum, Library etc was great. We had room service for a meal, which was also great.

we live in outback Queensland and were coming to visit family is SA, my husband follows the crows and hadn't been to a home game in 18+ years. I searched Adelaide for accommodation that wasn't far from the Adelaide oval and found nothing suitable that included onsite parking. Then the oval accommodation come up on screen fitting what I was looking for. I thought bugger it doesn't know when we will get back to see another Adelaide Crows home game. It just made the whole experience wonderful.

I found a few couples were slightly confused on the Lift Controls, (myself included to begin with). Staff gave us directions but the scanning area was slow to respond and no obvious directions on the scanner.

The location was perfect for our first time as the Football and the Casino is just a walk away. Would be nice to be sent any special football packages available. Staff were very prompt and always friendly.

The service from staff and food doesn't match the rest of the hotel. Priced for high end without the corresponding quality unfortunately. Complementary shuttle service into town is not always staffed (so we were told), so call up the day before (to get someone else in) if you'd like this (which was not mentioned when checking in).

Loved the hotel itself, the location, design, novelty of being in the stadium. Good location. Facilitated our late check out request. Clean rooms, great bed, also good to see a mini bar in the room. Complimentary drink on arrival. Cool views from room and restaurant.

In room service menu was limited and the restaurant was closed, because of a function. We just want to dine in-house after we arrived after a long drive. That was part of the benefit of staying at the Oval, having a restaurant. However, we easily walked to local restaurant and worked out very well.

The location for the footy was good. Easy to walk to local restaurants. Views of beautiful parks. Smart switches and sensor in bathroom was very handy.

The only thing i didnt like was the clunky way of ordering room service. You couldnt go back and order a drink. To arrive in an Uber style paper bag and in cardboard boxes was not very nice. We ordered desert and the picture showed icecream but it didnt come with icecream. I did order a coke zero as welll and it didnt arrive with the food. HOwever, these are very small criticisms, we love the oval. Disappointed the fried rice wasnt on the menu as last time it was the bom diggity.

Breakfast was great. Location is excellent. Very proud of our City. The view of the Cathedral is very special.
