Having to get there first, then send my license and booking number was a complicated process. I sat in car for 15 mins waiting to get a response. This is the first time I've ever arrived at a property I already paid for not knowing how I was going to get in. Its the LAST thing people should be worrying about after a long trip. Ask me for my license beforehand, send me details before I arrive.

The security and size of the yard was fantastic. Little details were lovely. Really pretty and very clean home.

Surprised to have to send pic of driver license and booking confirmation ref No. before key safe access code would be sent. Never had to do that for any property I have booked! I couldn’t figure out how to upload pic to booking.com and not a techie person so not easy to go back and forth between pics, msg, and create email with required info.

We had to wait nearly an hour upon arrival while the owners verified my driving licence to gain entry to the property , never had to do this anywhere before, I had to send it to them by text, WhatsApp or email, the 4G signal was weak so the file wouldn’t send. The place was too pristine and rules were posted around the property of do’s aNd don’t’s. Almost too frightened to live there.

There was nothing we didn't like about the place. The kids asked if we could stay longer.

Loved how clean it was and the big back yard for the kids to run around. Lots of board games. Lovely deck to relax on out the back. Comfy beds. The location was great too, only a few minutes in every direction to the things we wanted to see.

Very clean, homely but quirky with a lot of character. Great deck with table and bbq out back. The accomodation staff were fantastic at the property prior to visit with a few questions and requests of which they were easygoing, flexible, supportive and very communicative and prompt.

Nothing it’s more than perfect

Everything. Spacious Bright Modern Clean Well-stocked and well-presented throughout. Felt so welcomed and being at home away from home. Kids said they wish this was their real home! The only regret was we booked for one night. We should have booked much longer so that we could have enjoyed the house and island as there are so much to see. And to book the penguin parade in advance as we missed out the tickets ( but you can go to the Nobbies board walk or cart bay to see chicks during the day)

We only stayed one night, on a flying visit to see the Penguin Parade, but our party of three adults was very comfortable and impressed with the quality & completeness of the equipment and the cleanliness of the whole house. The linen was clearly freshly-laundered and the chromework properly polished -- no dried water spots on the taps! We would have happily stayed longer if our holiday timetable had allowed. The only thing we noticed that might bother a different group was the lack of mirrors in the bedrooms; as only one of us actually has much hair, queueing for the bathroom mirror wasn't a significant problem!

The beds in the second room were uncomfortable.

Just wonderful, so clean and beautifully decorated, the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment, the electric cooktop worked quickly.
