The apartment we were allocated was a bit more dated in terms of decor than we expected.

Loved the location, the service of the staff was exceptional (we had an issue with a bathroom door and they came in on their day off to sort out) and the apartment was a really large size with great amenities. The views were also spectacular

There was no airconditioning or ceiling fans, while this was not an issue for us, it might be in the warmer months. the carpark is a little pokey and was a bit of a challenge to get in an out...don't bring your big 4x4!

Our 7th floor apartment had awesome views of the ocean right around to the hinterland. Very comfy place to call home for a few days. Nice breezes.

The height of the cupboards above the cooker- we are both tall and banged our heads off the extractor every time we cooked. Some of the frying pans were rusty and not fit for use. The views from the 14th floor were amazing but the fact that the outside balcony screen to below is less than waist height made standing out on the balcony a very unsafe environment- I am surprised that this is permitted for OHS reasons. We could not get our hire car in the underground parking the spot was too tight so we parked in the outside area. We didn't like the fact that we were charged a non advertised mandatory fee 2.2% for use of credit card- we were not given any option to pay without incurring card fees so it costs us an extra $63 when we raised this with management they said there were no other payment options to not incur a fee the debit card payment fee would incur the same 2.2% fee charge. It was clear on the confirmation booking that all charges were included however there was no way of paying the advertised amount without incurring additional credit card charges.

The views were amazing. Lots of hot water for showers. The pool was great for swimming. Good wi-fi.

Extremely overpriced for what the accommodation is! There is no real view of ocean at all, due to it being blocked by giant pine tree. Room not very clean on arrival with food splashed down kitchen cupboards and hair through bathrooms.

The location was close to all activities and interests. Staff were very welcoming and helpful

The only thing I would fault was the TV was very small though really who wants to watch TV when on a break away.

It could have used some more cleaning. There were food stains in the oven. There was only one days worth of body wash/shampoo bottles of a very cheap product. Luckily supermarket were close and open late we were able to buy both body wash and shampoo.

The location was good what we were looking for. The staff were ok, just to rigid. We did not use any facilities as we had activities outside the accommodation.

The Receptionest Michael and Linda they are unprofesional. They don't know how to deal with matter that caused by them. I booked through booking.com 2 houses and directly with them another 2 houses because in booking.com wasn't available since March 2022. I emailed them on October 2022 to make sure the reservation of 4 houses are booked with them and Linda sent an email confirming the 4 apartment, then when we went their she said 3 apartments are booked for us. It was such a mess dealing with them.

The view from our balcony was amazing and Swiming pool was good too.

One television set in our apartment was very slow and outdated. It would have been nice if it was a newer smart TV with apps such as Netflix and YouTube on it. Also, the balconies on this apartment have dangerously low railings. The railings didn’t even come up to my waist which is quite concerning when you’re high up.
