Didn't like that we booked and paid for a two bedroom but was advised that there was a problem with it and a one bedroom was all that was available. Also no toilet paper supplied at all.

The view was simply breathtaking. We really recommend opting for a room on the higher floor. The property is in a quite location. The only sound will hear is the sound of waves.

No dryer in the apartment But clothes did dry quickly on the balcony with the warm weather at the moment. Also reception offered use of the dryer in the basement of the complex as another option if needed.

Nice clean modern room (room 8 level 5) Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room for a 1bdrm apartment. Beach across the road. Shop next door Would definitely stay again.

There were some lights not working mainly in the kitchen so it was a bit dark to do the dishes.

The distance to the beach. The view is spectacular. And the amenities are great.

The room was outdated. Aircon is noisy and freezing cold. Only a sheet is provided on the bed, blankets in the cupboard didn’t smell clean. Location is noisy. Pool is uninviting. Indoor heated pool is actually really cold.

Location is great, beach access is great. Car parking available. Value for money.

No matter how long you stayed and how many people, they just provided with 1 tissue roll in both the bathrooms for 4 people living there for 4 nights. How stupid! And disappointing

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I had the most beautiful view of the ocean from my balcony, everything was tastefully decorated and I could have online meetings during the day with good wifi. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a lovely pool downstairs. It is a little further away from the main shopping area in Surfers, but there is a great street a few minutes walk away with well-stocked grocers, a few pubs and all the amenities. Perfect if you want to be away from the business of Surfer's main area, which you can reach with a quick taxi ride. I could have stayed a few more days,

Noise from demolition of unit across road a bit inconvenient.

Loved the interior setup it had everything we needed plus lounge in unit comfy. Fantastic views. Close to great cafes. Will definitely return.

Keep in mind that the photos do not accurately reflect the apartment you may end up in. There are a few different apartments all owned and furnished by different owners. Some beautifully, some not so beautifully or well stocked. We were graciously relocated by manager Craig after encountering an issue in the apartment we were first assigned. If you do have problems I suggest not to talk to Luke at the front desk, ask for the manager instead.

Sea views from the 18th floor are beautiful. However there is construction right in front that may be taking place in the near future. Proximity to the ocean good and nice swimming pool facilities. Convenient underground car park with trolleys available for your luggage/shopping.

Service was superb. On arrival we found out that we were on the 21st floor with several floor to ceiling windows which wasn't great for one of our party who struggles with heights. The chap at reception was so understanding and organised a charge of room. Greatly appreciated. Location was great for shops and restaurants. The apartment was superb with a great view. Outside pool while quite small was nice and the inside pool very good. A really enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again. Thanks
