Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Ron the manager was great and couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Lent us a phone charger which we didn't have as staying away was a last-minute decision. A continental breakfast was included in the price.

JapanThe bathroom didn't have exhaust fan. Maybe because the building is old? (but well maintain!) So....steam or odour stay in the bathroom. But that's the only negative. Otherwise very nice place to stay.
Very cosy nice atmosphere hotel. Decor was classy and so pretty. Hot shower was working perfect. Staffs were very friendly. Location was perfect. It was very easy to go around Katoomba town and easy access to hiking tracks.

Perhaps not a lot they could have done but were certainly less than sympathetic - very much 'room's here if you make it but if you can't too bad it's already paid for. Towels and washers well past their prime.

Contiinental breakfast was substantial. Eggs made to order were great. Staff were kind enough to reheat a meal we bought in from home for the first day of our stay as we missed lunch times at all Katoomba restaurants.
