No TV, but I think that's part of the appeal. Tea and coffee was downstairs. We brought our own food and drinks, which is the way we like it. Exactly what we want to partake in and keeps the cost down.

The homely feel. Tastefully decorated room. Good size. Neat bathroom. Balcony overlooking garden with ocean through the trees. Really nice. Just like staying at a friends. We have stayed here before.

Hosts were superb. Absolutely no issues with anything about the palm beach b&b. The morning bird feeding was exceptional. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Room very comfortable and airy. The location of the palm beach is also brilliant. 2nd time walking up the hill in a day got the heart working.

Rudy and Avalon were the perfect hosts. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the balcony was the perfect spot to relax and gaze at the calm blue ocean yonder. The deluxe continental breakfast put on by Avalon was absolutely flawless, delicious and it set us up for the day of walking around the local area and exploring. We even got a bird feeding show from Rudy while we were having breakfast, we saw the giant cockatoos and kookaburras, and the tenacious and charming lorakeets, as well as the brightly coloured king parrots, all having breakfast with us together. Thank you guys for making our Good Friday stay something really special!

We had a short but sweet one night stay. The property was perfect. The hosts Avalon and Rudy made the stay next level. The breakfast was amazing and the native birds that came in the morning to be fed was nothing short of exciting. The kookaburras, rainbow lorikeets, king parrots and cockies were so entertaining. I hope to stay again one day.

Avalon and Rudi are the most generous and welcoming couple we have ever imagined. They make us feel at home, and listening to their stories and experiences is a pleasure. We especially loved the atmosphere at breakfast; there was a great connection with the other guests, and Avalon paid lovely attention to every detail. Rudi and his bird friends are spectacular! They lived in a beautiful, calm, relaxing spot up the hill, completely immersed in a memorabilia atmosphere. We traveled by bus, and they were so kind to give us a ride to the restaurant and rescue us from the rain. All perfect. Thank you!

Not able to give full marks as there wasn't much of interest for us locally, also the accommodation a little pricey compared to other places we had been staying in round Australia but we still enjoyed our visit.

Very friendly and helpful owners, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast in this private home. Enjoyed seeing the Kookaburras and other birds being hand fed whilst having breakfast. Enjoyed the experience and don't let my negative comments put one off trying if wanting to stay in Palm Beach, weather not good when we were there and we aren't beach fans.

Our stay was perfect. The hosts Avalon and Rudi were very welcoming and helpful, they even drove us to the wedding we were attending. Breakfast was lovely and relaxing, looking out to the garden. Overall and excellent stay.

Rudi and Avalon are amazing hosts and happy souls, they make sure you are comfortable during the stay. The breakfast served by Avalon every morning is delicious, whilst Rudi feeds the native birds - the whole experience is beautiful. The rooms are clean and have an amazing view from the balcony.
