We had a large car (Toyota Kluger) which was a tight squeeze to get into the garage.

We were so pleasantly surprised by all the amenities that were available during our stay. It made it very much like home! Beds were comfortable and the house was super clean

We did not know the place is actually quite far from the city center of Perth. Took us 45-60 min each way (depends on the traffic) everytime we went to visit attractions in the city.

Close to the beach and the place is spotless. Well equipped house + good furnitures make it feel like a real home, not a rental property. Kitchen + down stair living are quite roomy. Beds are comfy, bath rooms & toilets are very well maintained and sparking clean. A small garden + BBQ stove add a good touch. The host is friendly & responsive. Last but not least, the rent was very reasonable for us. This lets me give the place a rating of 10.

The property was exceptional - perfect location as we didn’t hire car. Spacious comfortable clean. Just wonderful. Air con and fans to use. Outside area to use. Quite neighbourhood.

It was a bit noisy as the house is located directly at a busy street. On the weekend it wasn’t that bad, but on weekdays it gets loud. Also it got extremely hot in the house (it was over 40 degrees outside) and there is only air conditioning in one bedroom (and the living room). The other bedrooms were unbearably hot.

Excellent accommodation, huge spacious house on two levels, great facilities, including garden. The kitchen was very well equipped. There are three toilets, which is great. The host Dave was very nice and helpful. The beach is only a couple of minutes away (by foot).

- the parking was a bit inconvenient - the rooms upstairs were very hot and only one had air conditioning (and only one of the other two had a working g fan) - my friend with a disability found it very difficult to go upstairs as there were no handrails and the also the shower space was too narrow

It was an amazing location. There was shops nearby. And facilitated children. Absolutely amazing stay. Clean and tidy, all pots, pans, cups etc provided. Everywhere was lovely and clean.

The house is right on a busy road with vehicles typically trucks as early as 6am...Can consider double glazed windows to cut down the noises. :-) All cookeries available which bonus for me as I love cooking meals. House pretty much provides most things like one's.

Rockingham has everything you need. Great beach's. Lots of birds on the nearby lakes and islands. Outdoor swimming pool, great shopping centre too.

The only complaint would be a small garage, difficult to park and get in and out of. But to be honest this is only a small concern, and one used to it not really an issue.

House was very well located and catered to all our needs. 5 minute walk to the beach and coffee shops. All areas were well maintained and the owners gave clear instructions prior to arrival. Great communication. Will definitely stay again onour next trip to Perth.

Location was exactly what we hoped/expected. The property was clean and beautifully presented. Had an issue with the TV developing a fault 630pm Saturday evening, the owner resolved the issue with a replacement TV within an hour! We'll be staying again next time we come West!
