Toiletries supplied but only enough for one person, for one day, certainly not 3. Also, the supply of coffee in sachets were black & and solid, so it was not able to be consumed. Coffee bags would be much better.

We arrived late afternoon and the reception was closed but found an envelope with our name on it with keys & instructions. Lovely clean apartment, great location with everything in walking distance. Safe parking in the basement. The bed and pillows were so comfy. I even managed to do some laundry. Would definitely stay again.

Nil dishwasher.. but not a big deal . AC was a bit loud in the bedroom .. but also not a big deal .. easy to get used too .. I loved the place . Would be great to have a smart tv to cast Netflix etc .

The hotel is right at the long nice beach but also has a swimming pool so you can choose howto spend your time. Nice hotel with a spacious room with a balcony. Quite area but near all amenities (shops, restaurants, bus station). Highly recommenced

Limited reception availability. I wanted to hire a beach towel, but reception wasn't open at all on the weekend. I rang but the message advised they would only respond in an emergency. If not deemed an emergency I would be charged!

Although we did not see or speak to anyone from reception upon arrival, during stay or when leaving, everything was arranged very well. It was absolute mutual trust. The apartment had everything we needed (and more: washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, including some washing powder!, Netflix!) for a couple of days. We stayed in a number of apartments during our stay in Australia, but this one was the most complete, albeit a bit out-of-date.

Lack of space for suitcases in bedroom. Light in bathroom took about 15 seconds to come on.

The location one block back from main drag was ideal in terms of noise. Nearby Tavern was handy also.

We loved the beautiful heated pool and being so close to the beach without the noise of the main street. It was a really lovely place to stay with onsite parking and all the amenities you need for a great self-catering holiday.

Nothing really. It was everything I had hoped when I booked it. Because there were problems with my original incoming flight being cancelled, it would have been good to have had an after hours number on which to leave a message.

Swimming pool was in beautiful natural surrounds. Loved my balcony with a rainforest feel. Lots of birds coming to land on trees surrounding the balcony.

Didnt like the louvre pull back screen doors between main bedroom & lounge room. ?Purpose. Almost fell through it when leaned up against it in the bedroom. Got a terrible fright as could have knocked the tv over.

Didnt have Brekky. Very clean unit. Close proximity of Ironman races. Unit catered for our needs.
