The rooms were lovely and clean. The whole place didn't feel too much like a hotel, more that you had your own little unit, it wasn't busy or noisy. The bird at reception and the chicken were fun

Microwaves in rooms are quite standard these days.

The room was small but very clean and adequate.. Breakfast was excellent and at a good price. Location was very good with easy access to shops and promenade...Would have liked a microwave in the room. The staff at reception were fabulous and very obliging. Great pool...

Hmmmm some of the outdoor areas maybe could have been a bit more inviting. The rooms and facilities were so good it made you look for areas not so good. It wasn’t bad just could be a bit better

Clean room and bathroom with a strong shower. We enjoyed the pool very much. Ample parks for cars. Walking distance to many places in the city. Many restaurants nearby. The staff is super helpful.

The room was a bit of the small side, the recreational areas aren’t parts we would spend time in; pool and sundeck ver small, outdoor lounge not the most aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately the night we spent there there was an incredibly disruptive group that were loud all night meaning we and other guests had a terrible nights sleep.

New, spotlessly clean, good location, lovely staff, PICKLES THE BIRD! Honesty bar. Comfortable bed and decent blackout curtains. Quality amenities (high spec smart tv, cool fridge, George Forman grill, etc)

They staff had some complication due to poorly behaved guest the night previous to our stay however the reception and maintenace staff went above and beyond to try and accomodate our slightlu early check in time.

Buffet breakfast had plenty of variety and set out well. However, the eggs were cold, dry and grey in colour(obviously been out too long), hash browns were stuck together and the bacon & sausages were tasty but again were cold. Car park not big enough and operates on first in first served basis.

1. Not having to carry heavy luggage up the stair case (my partner is disabled) which had us both struggling. 2. I spoke to the day staff that my partner having a 'down turn' with his Parkinson's, which led to him being incontinent at night. I asked if they had a mattress protector and they said no. They did not come up with any suggestions, except to say sorry and that the nearest place to buy one 'is a long way away' . I had to spend $70+ getting a taxi to Big W to buy one. They offered no suggestion nor assistance.

We stayed in both the standard double room and the bungalow - but actually found the standard room to be much bigger and less in the walkway - despite the more premium price tag for the bungalow. The bungalow was also not by the pool as the photos suggest. Apart from that, it's a great place :)

The Positives sooo out way any Negative Guests that arrive late--- 2am+ in morning & are loud!!! Only happened on last night--- else every1 else Respectful👏

Love how the Resort is kept in Gorgious natural gardens--- Palms- exotic plants so we'll looked after👏👏👏+ breakfast gr8- kept again natural produce & unobtrusive staff+ having your beautiful-- parrot@ reception-- + resident gorgious chicken-- picking up crumbs in eating area---such a special touch🙏

Airconditioning only just cooling and unresponsive to attempted adjustment. I would have liked to have a short extension on the day of checkout but was advised no their policy.
