The Positives sooo out way any Negative Guests that arrive late--- 2am+ in morning & are loud!!! Only happened on last night--- else every1 else Respectful👏

Love how the Resort is kept in Gorgious natural gardens--- Palms- exotic plants so we'll looked after👏👏👏+ breakfast gr8- kept again natural produce & unobtrusive staff+ having your beautiful-- parrot@ reception-- + resident gorgious chicken-- picking up crumbs in eating area---such a special touch🙏

Airconditioning only just cooling and unresponsive to attempted adjustment. I would have liked to have a short extension on the day of checkout but was advised no their policy.

Pool needed a good clean.

Comfortable villa with small and functional kitchenette that allowed some independence when it came to meals. Convenient location on the Edplanade with Coles supermarket being a 5minute walk away. Car bay next to the villa for our hire car was great. Staff were friendly.

The cost of the tokens for the washing machine and dryer.... The wifi was not so great. It was very slow.

Was greeted with a nice smile when checking in 😊 The room itself was tidy and cozy on arrival, bathroom was nice and clean! Breakfast buffet was ok! But loved the location on the esplanade, everything was close by! Would stay again.

Front desk staff very helpful and found a different bungalow for us so we had a bit more privacy and away from the pool when we asked. Renovations are great since last time we stayed.

There were no recycling bins on the property to put cans and bottles in. We ended up taking the recycling with us until we could find a bin for them.

The tropical ambience of the accommodation made for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. It was good to have a small kitchenette (microwave, fridge, sink and toaster) to be able to enjoy breakfast on the balcony. The pool was nice and clean and had big shade sails over part of the pool which was good for those of us who wanted to stay out of the sun! The accommodation is only a short walk from Mitchell street where you can find Coles, Chemist Warehouse and lots of pubs / bars and also a short walk to the Darwin water front for lots of restaurants!

Well positioned, central to everything. Clean, airy room. Helpful staff. Great pool to cool off at the end of the day. Lots of eateries around to either takeout or eat in. Recommend the green papaya salad at Ruby Vietnamese restaurant! Couldn’t fault my stay.

Buffet breakfast was excellent value with inside and outside tables available. Room was clean and cool with high ceilings, air con and ceiling fan. Bathroom was renovated so fresh and clean. The pool area was pleasant on a hot day. Table and chairs outside each room was a relaxing place to sit.

This is a lovely location, with the tropical setting, one feels relaxed when returning at night. The property is within walking distance of all the key facilities around Darwin. It is great for an early morning walk or evening walk before commencing the working day.

Fantastic location. We really enjoy the peaceful nature of the resort - amazing to spend time relaxing by the pool. Rooms are a good size. We always head to Palm City Resort whenever we stay in Darwin.

Thunderstorm caused the gate to the car park to malfunction and we thought we would miss our flight but the staff came to the rescue and did a manual over-ride in the pelting rain. Many thanks to them
