Been here twice in the past few weeks. Room wasn’t ready the first time (after 3pm) and it took around 30 mins to get our car back from the valet

Stayed here for Christmas Eve to boxing day as a treat, and it certainly was worth it. Upgraded to a higher floor with a city view to die for! The room was very spacious, had a proper sink into a comfy bed and pillows, and both a large walk-in shower and bath option. It was the small touches that made it for me, bath salts, ground coffee, different wine glass options. Breakfast buffet was very varied, lovely hot, and food options.

The location was pretty good, there's a shopping mall right next to the hotel. The staff were also super friendly and helpful.

Not enough staff on for breakfast or i the evening for drinks at the bar. Really let them down

Fabulous staff and location. I you are going to Convention centre or Exhibition centre it is literally 2 min walk and if you are a shopaholic (who isn't) then the South Wharf DFO is riht next to the Pan Pacific. Staff were very courteous and genuine.

Amazing location and we were treated like stars by the staff, champagne, chocolates and ice cream on arrival. The staff were so attentive and assisted whenever possible.

We had a wedding to attend. The staff were extremely accommodating.. from arranging taxis from church then to venue. We has a outfit malfunction desperately needing a sewing kit and then bandaids. Nothing was to much for the staff It was the 4th time I have stayed here and once again I was NOT disappointed and will be returning again in the future

The Restaurant shut earlier than advertised, which we felt was a bit strange as it was in the middle of the Australian Open tennis when the hotel and Melbourne were very busy. We therefore had to order room service. The hotel does not have a swimming pool which we found a little strange for a hotel of that standard.

The Hotel is very nice and and well kept in terms of cleanliness and presentation. We had a nice view looking over the river. The Foyer is very nice and located very close to many shops and restaurants.

Chairs in the bar are strained and need replacing. Everything else oozed luxury but the state of the chairs in the bar was disappointing.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Location is fantastic! So much to do within walking distance. Room was lovely, and clean, robes & slippers were a nice touch. Staff were friendly & helpful. We will be back!

Our room was fantastic. The only downfall was the aircon didn’t work well. Very hot in our room as the day was 30+ degrees. If the room could have been colder it would have been a 10/10 stay

Parking location is not handy, recommend valet parking service without walking to the hotel.

Hotel staff from front door, reception to restaurant waitress , offered the best customer service ever. They do care about customers, they try to satisfy customers’ needs. We had a great experience of staying in the hotel.
