The pool was closed for "maintenance" though no tradies onsite during our stay. This was very disappointing for me as it was one of the reasons I'd booked this apartment (plus it was hot). We received no notification that it was closed. Also, the apartment had several minor issues; light globes needed changing, the range-hood filter wouldn't stay inserted, the floor and couch looked like they hadn't seen a vacuum recently. My partner vacuumed as soon as we arrived!

Great views over the lake and easy walk into town. Plus it was great being pet friendly.

Walls and flooring maybe a little thin. Could hear upstairs from downstairs and neighbours. Overall was okay.

Location was very convenient to anything necessary. Views were spectacular. Comfortable apartment feeling homely.

We suspect too much throughput has affected the overall standard of the fittings, furnishings and kitchen items. The front of the aircon was hanging off, a glass lid was left smashed and the front door was difficult to close. Despite having a dishwasher, many of the utensils, crockery and cutlery were dirty or still greasy. Outdoor furniture in need of a good clean.

Very spacious accommodation with lots of outside areas and beautiful views over the bay. Short walk into town where plenty of shops and eateries. Good quality washing machine and dryer. Bed comfortable and towels fluffy.

Unit 6 is looking a bit weary and could do with a coat of paint. Noticed a few cockroaches around the place.

Property was a little dated but didn’t affect the quality of the stay at all!

Great location, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, gorgeous views and friendly owners. We only stayed one night but could have happily stayed there longer. Great that we could bring our dog too :)

Some of the appliances could be updated but not that it was a big issue!!!! This place is such a nice place to stay!

Location, location, location! But not only that it was such very good value for money AND the hosts were so very accommodating!!!!! Comfortable, affordable and the biggest bonus, pet friendly!!!!

Renovations were borderline ridiculous and very poorly completed. Grease proof paper in the oven with sausage grease from the previous people wasn’t nice for a vegetarian to find. Every footstep resonates through the premises. Poor water pressure.

Bathroom was a bit small for more than 2 people. Nowhere to hang extra towels or clothes while in the shower - a couple of hooks on the wall would fix this right up

Great spot for exploring Merimbula. Good sized apartment for a few people. Had most things in the kitchen that we needed for meals for a week. Having the pool out the back door was also very handy and the living area was a good size

Non microwaveable cup in cupboard led to burnt fingers on removing from microwave. Literally burning hot cup handle.

Great location with terrific views.Easy walking distance to town, restaurants ,hotel and clubs. Two storey town house style apartment. Obvious effort made to modernise which gives it a clean fresh feel. Pool clean and well maintained. Keyless entry .

Upstairs toilet wouldn't flush properly & took nearly 10 minutes for the cistern to refill. Scaffolding & repair work on stairs outside the apartment was ugly

A few things were broken and couldn’t be used; the baby gate at the top of the stairs wouldn’t extend, electric coil on the stove top wouldn’t work, the radio doesn’t work. The angulated tile between the kitchen bench and the lounge room took some getting used to, would have been better to note this in the arrival information, I tripped several times up and down before I worked out what was going on.

The spaciousness of the townhouse was ideal for my travel needs, it provided light and airy environs which proved quiet enough to be able to fully relax. Off street parking was great to have, and outside areas were clean and trip hazard free. Entry into the townhouse was contactless, and instructions given for access were clear and precise. I really enjoyed the high ceilings, downstairs spaciousness, the bluetooth connectivity between my phone and the smart tv to play music, and the cool tiled floor along with the lovely furniture and laundry facilities. I would recommend, and book again.

Tight parking bays.
