Two ground floor units each with individual terraces and a well kept shared garden. We had one of them. Very comfortable bed and good kitchen well stocked with breakfast provisions, plus a large gas BBQ. The hosts live above and are attentive but never intrusive. Nice quiet location with direct access to pleasant walks beside the basin. Short drive to the many lovely beaches on Jervis Bay. Very useful local shops 7 mins walk for fresh food, drinks and take aways. A really great place.

This was an absolutely wonderful place. The owner is amazing and nothing is too much trouble. The view out the full width and full height glass windows and sliding doors to the lake is beautiful. The room is huge, with a king bed, and a TV with Foxtel and a table and chairs for meals. The kitchen has everything you need. The fridge was stocked with bacon and eggs, milk and bread, Tim tams, butter and spreads, cereal, coffee and a selection of teas, basically anything you could want for breakfast. If you run out, just ask and they will replenish it. The bathroom is enormous with a large spa bath and shower, all the shampoo, conditioner, soaps etc that you might need. There are kayaks you can use on the lake any time you want. Would definitely include this in your visit. On the deck overlooking the lake is a table and chairs for outdoor dining, a barbecue if you want to cook dinner and two sun lounges to soak up the sun.

The apartment has everything we look for in a holiday home... clean space, comfortable bed, plush linen, hot shower, good location and beautiful views! Lock-box check-in is easy, and the host is super-responsive. Scented candles are a sweet touch. And the patio is perfect for quiet moments - with a book and a cuppa, feeling a part of the beautiful bush and water views. In case it rains, books and magazines, TV (with Netflix and Foxtel) have you covered. We found the breakfast to be generous... Besides bread, eggs and milk, there was a whole selection of cereals, beverages and condiments. They provided fruit and Timtams. And tomato, tuna and salmon slices especially for us, because we don't eat bacon! The beautiful bush trail starts, where the back lawn ends. We spent hours walking, along the waters of St George Basin, amongst gum trees and bird song. Sanctuary Point is a quiet oasis, just a short drive away from the white sands and walking trails of Hyams Beach and Vincentia. Our 5 nights' stay was truly memorable. Thanks for everything, Lisa. We will be back!

The room had tile floors which were very slippery. I slipped many times over the week, and hurt my hand badly on one occasion. The rainforest shower is in the spa bath, which is uncomfortable to stand in. it is also slippery.

The property is wee appointed and very comfortable. it faces onto the water and has stunning views. there is a beautiful walking track around the edge of the bay right in front of the property.

Scenic and quiet location, spacious bedroom and bathroom, well equipped kitchen and all provisions for breakfast. Lisa is a wonderful host. We loved the basin walk which is directly accessed from the apartment. Close to so many attractions. We'll be back again.

The price was a bit high for the area we were staying, a quiet area and there was only 1 taxi but the service wasn't very reliable.

The beds were comfortable and the bedroom was quite spacious. The host was friendly and very approachable. She had the fridge stocked fully for our trip.

1) I would strongly suggest upgrading the bed. It is tired and takes away from the overall experience. 2) Given the location a bit away from main tourist attractions, it would have been great to have a better equipped kitchen. Not that anything in particular is missing, but it just could be user-friendlier.

1) Lisa (the host) is great. She communicates quickly and gave us a ring to say that we had left behind our clothes. She was also happy to let us check in earlier. 2) We loved the deck and having our breakfasts in the water front. 3) Although the location is admittedly not perfect, we found that it was worth it - only 15-20 min drive to the natural park and Jervis Bay beaches.

I booked this trip to rest after a long trip from overseas. There was too much noise happening upstairs early in the morning, and didn’t let me rest properly.

The view is amazing and the room is very comfortable.

Instructions for kayak use can be more clearer so we know where to put the wheels back. There seems to be an issue with the electricity connections in the bathroom, as turning a light switch had causes the power fuse to go out quite repeatedly, and the fan wasn't working (it was damp). The spa bath also seemed to cut off the power.

The thoughtful touches by the host with complimentary breakfast and politeness in asking. The studio room was very spacious, and there was ease of access to the door and ease of checking in. The utilities provided was excellent.
