Poor WiFi. People coming in late night ,early morning after night out very very noisy

The gym is really poor, I wouldn’t even call it a gym. There are no weights just a few cardio machines so I went to a local nearby gym The reception and corridors are very very dated and a bit shabby, needs a makeover

Our 1 bed river view apartment was great, a bit dated/basic decor but it was spacious and had an amazing view from the balcony. Location - The resort is around 5 minutes walking to the Surfers Paradise tram stop with excellent transport links and probably about another 5 minutes from there to get to the beach and main shopping/entertainment centre There are pretty good facilities here, the pool area was really nice and there’s a tennis court with basketball hoop Free laundry facilities outside the room were really useful Netflix on the TV Fully equipped kitchen

Dusty. The room needs a deep clean from the dust build up and bathroom had a musty smell to it.

Couch was very uncomfy. Wifi didn't work great and disconnected a lot. TV doesn't connect to phones or Netflix, just normal TV.

The pool and outdoor spa were lovely. Great location and incredible value for money. Nice river view. Free parking

Furniture in room was poor quality and out dated. No aircon in Bedroom. Fan had 2 speeds, extremely fast on super slow. No condition provided, shampoo only.

Was only an overnight stay, If I was to stay longer I would have requested a different room. Bed was sagging into the middle, couch was uncomfortable. T.V had a large line down the centre of it which disrupted viewing. Location excellent for a quieter stay in surfers. Good pool area. Free undercover parking

The room was quite dated and old, and could do with sprucing up. There was a microwave inside the wardrobe but no plates nor cutlery to use, aside from a single teaspoon.

The location was a nice walk from the centre of town. The room was large, the beds were comfy, and the balcony overlooking the water was great.

Toilet in the room kept making a noise every 20 minutes. It kept on filling up. The door from the main bedroom to the balcony didn’t open.

Conveniently located. Good facilities. Rooms are large. Ours had a kitchen, washing machines and dryer, which made things a lot more pleasant. Would stay again!

Clothes horse to dry washing was rusty and had to ask for a replacement but this was promptly provided. Only given one fob between 2 people and this restricted movement around the facility. I was not particularly impressed with the bond I had to pay on arrival.

Room was majorly in need of updating. If you can look past VERY old carpet and the room needing a paint then I think it's the place for you as I think the pros of this place outweigh the surface level stuff if you can get it at a good price. Hope they update rooms as has great bones and location.

Location was great, accommodation was very good value. Pool area was lovely!! Our 1 bedroom unit was very spacious.

The plug points in the room were in hard to get places, plus my lamp didn't work. Also I couldn't get the internet to work.

The heated swimming pool and the spa. Also I liked the fact my room had a bath.
