The corridor was quite loud and echoy. The lift and doors can be heard early in the morning and late at night as people move around. This is a strange one: bath tub was too big! I couldn't consciously take a bath as I didn't want to waste so much water. Great tub though! There was not a lot of storage space and a cup or mug would have been handy.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was wonderful. A large clean space with a great shower and super hot water. Soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. For the most part it was quiet. The bed was comfortable

Walls in room need a good clean, and a small fridge would be good. Get rid of the desk and chair as chair can't fit anyway. Also $5.00 for a can of warm coke - really. Stay was ok but the digital locks make a lot of noise as room was next to front door.

Good location, bathroom was really clean and was it was a cheap room for Sydney.

The Building is really well located. Only walk distance of 10 mins to CBD (beautiful walk). Shared kitchen was keep in a really good shape. It had everything you need.

Passwords to enter the front entrance and room. Easy to forget your phone and be locked out. If there is no one onsite to assist, what can you do? In the letting advice, nothing was provided. The spiral staircase was also very steep. Avoided using them for that reason. There was also some noise but nothing that lasted for too long that made the stay unpleasant.

Location was perfect and easy to find. Rooms were good although a little small. All in all though it served the purpose for a couple of nights.

The wiring, with multiple things plugged into sockets and wires being run down outside walls and into the rooms. Some lights were not vworking when we arrived (including in the kitchen upstairs) and we were told that this was due to the weather which was concerning! The lights wrre in working order the next day however. We did not meet the owners but when I called to express my concerns I got a somewhat rude message back to say we could leave if we were not happy and it would be rented to someone else.

Good sized bedroom, very spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. Convenient location for visiting our son and his family in Pyrmont.

Guy next door playing loud music in the middle of the night and not flushing toilet. Not the owners fault but annoying just the same.

AC was weak, room was hot in the summer. An extra fan was provided but it did not work. Drawing the blinds improved things a bit. Did not see an iron/ironing board. Room description was a little misleading as kitchen amenities are not in the room. All doors (front, lift, room) chime when opened or closed, the chime can be heard throughout the building.

Room size was good and the bathroom was spacious. The location was good. The bed was comfortable.

None of the rooms have a balcony, TV, or SAFE BOX! Only a shared kitchen. Modern rooms with modern shower. Needs more hooks to hang things. Could be cleaner.

Great location, trains, ferries and busses nearby, great coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Staff is helpful and polite!

The house and room could use a bit more attention to details to reach the high end standard it seems to be giving (ie. stains on the wall, electrical bed not working or boxes of appliances in the wardrobe)

Great location to visit Sydney while being in a quiet area. The room is big and the new system with the codes (front door and bedroom door) is really handy. The management answers quickly and tries to be as accommodating as possible.

This property is very close to the light train station to city Center. The location is quiet. Would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

The walls and doors are super thin so it can be rather noisy. Especially because the electric locks beep loudly so whenever someone was entering the building it would wake me up.

The location is absolutely great, very central and good public transport. The bed was comfortable and overall I was happy with my stay.

Pyrmont is a lovely neighbourhood to stay. It was close to darling harbour and pyrmont bay where you can take F4 to Circular Quay. The room, the kitchen and the bathroom were all clean and good. I'll be happy to visit again.

Having a shared bathroom. No kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room, though it would have been easy to add those on the desk. Mostly, did not like that the rooms had no locks on them. There was a cupboard in the room in which I could lock my baggage, but the key provided for that did not work. A wedge was provided to keep my door closed at night, which was a nuisance when I needed to use the bathroom. It would have felt safer for myself and my belongings if the doors had locks on them. Also, the doona was too hot and there was no other bedding provided, though there was lots of storage space in which some alternative bedding could have been offered.

The room and shared bathroom were comfortable and pleasant. The location suited my stay (near a friend I was visiting) and was close to shops, cafes and the light rail. The host was very helpful and supportive.

- The overhead lights started to turn on and off randomly on my 3rd night. Would happen every 5 seconds or so (sometimes longer sometimes shorter) and the light switch did nothing. Didn't bother me too much as I am a heavy sleeper but I know it may bother others - Elevator ding is very loud

- Location was amazing, 2 minute walk from the light rail but also had 2 grocery stores within a 10 minute walk. Plus some cafes - Room was huge (deluxe room), had a massive private shower and tub - Bed was very comfortable - Host was very good with communicating and was respectful.

Small things to consider its a homestay, no locks on your room door theres a locker with a key. Theres an internal lift that dings each time a person uses it I found it a little too loud. No TV in the room which isn't a huge issue would just be handy to check news ect.

Super location, if you know Sydney and if you don't easy to get around Bus route at door and Lightrail 5 min away. Bed was great and nice towels. Good communication with the owner Steven very responsive. Wifi very good continuous no issues. Overall for the price and location in Sydney its a good spot. Requested another pillow the room had one and that was provided asap.
