One side of bed was very comfortable, one wasn't. I managed as was only travelling on my own, but if there were two of us it would have been very uncomfortable for one.

The self check in is very clunky, the app simply doesn't work. Had to send so many emails to confirm and get the pin for the doors. Had to assist elderly man next door to get into his unit as he couldn't work out the door. No on site staff. Unit 22 (the one we had) has no signed parking so had to call an after hours number to work out where to park. Fence was burnt down in parts. Place is EXTREMELY run down, in every way. Room 22 had weird antique dressers in it that took up half the room. Had to give a security deposit that was refunded later that was the same price as the whole booking.

No staff on duty, with a keyless check in which is an absolute shambles. How can something so simple be made stressful and impersonal. Took us a number of phone calls to get a code to open the door and there were three other couples there at the same time with the same issues. GOki run the system and it is not fit for purpose and if I had known before booking I wouldn't have bothered. The following day I informed a member of the housekeeping staff that my room did NOT require servicing or clean towels but unfortunately I was met with a staff member who didn't even bother to make eye contact with me as he was scrolling on his phone and mumbled that I should phone the number on the unmanned reception for any such requests. The motel was clean and comfortable but certainly not a user friendly experience. Never Again

That check-in is late in the arvo (3pm onwards) & check-out if not staying for more than 1 night is 10am. Not very fair with pricing compaired to how many hours you have in the motel considering you'll possibly sleep between 6 - 8hrs of your stay.

Location was good, close to a pub for a dinner meal.

Having an office on site would have been handy. I am not very tech savvy. Had I been outside of phone hours I don't know how I would have gotten in. My code to my room was different.

The room was not really clean, The bedside table and the bathroom sink and shower wall were not really clean. It was not clear that this motel do not have a reception until the day I arrived. Also the building was pretty noisy at night.

The room was spacious but pretty dark, the bed was comfortable, and also included kitchen facility. The carpark was right in front of my room.

While my stay was good, the toaster slide wasn't working, I didn't have any other problems, the room could have done with a freshen up, and new curtains which are starting to get eaten out...other people staying close to me were complaining about things not working...apparently the room next to me....number 9 was saying their carpet was soaking wet and smelly. .in short u guys just need a maintenance guy to do some small repairs around the place, in general

I understand that modern times in regards to checking guests in are changing, but having to deal with a voice over the phone and constant emails wasn't ideal. It's always nice to see a friendly face when checking guests in.

The location and the cleanliness of the room was fantastic.
