The keypad entry was not simple, especially if you did it in the dark.

There was a mix up over the booking in time - It was confirmed that we coukd go into our room at 2pm, but we were refused our room number and entry code until 3pm. Then we were given a wrong code and had to ring again. The room is in poor condition with mismatched 2nd hand furniture covering the only window. The hob was on and hot! The toilet roll and towel holder was broken, so had to reach behind to reach loo roll. The kitchen tap is welded and unmovable. Will never again book a self booking in motel and certainly never this outfit again.

This budget motel is in a poorer area of town, but handy to the river.

The property is run down No reception Getting onto someone was near impossible when you did the things that needed fixing to way to lnog Locked out several times and needed new codes No one on site to help Mould in the bathrooms

Hairdryer blew up in my hand, and got zero care for my well-being by the staff, just moved rooms and no discount.

The locking system is below the calculation. My door code was changed without notifying me. One day before my check-in, I got a reminder that I have to leave tomorrow. Information email says that staff is available for call from 7AM. I called 8am and nobody picked the phone - finally waited 40 min behind the door.

Bad way to check in having to send photo I’d after you had paid Curtains not hanging on the rod Most motels open at 2 pm and checking early no charge your company wanted an extra $30 to check in at 2 pm but did not allow the room till 3 pm Kitchen could have been cleaner and to top it off NO MILK Would not recommend this place to friends

No reception everything done through emails (quite a few emails) very frustrating including wanting copy of licence sent to an email. In this day and scam age wouldn’t know where that ends up. A number of other guests quite frustrated as well as to checking in system as several were booking in around same time. 3pm check in not realistic.

Every thing is Awesome.

Awesome Customer Service. Worth the money and convenient to the city with everything, like KFC, McDonald's , Stadium , Church, plus Hotels with , Laundry Mart with car wash place. Peaceful and quite. Bed and bedroom Awesome and comfortable with bathroom and kitchen. Best Air-conditioning. Keep up the Awesome Service.

The room was flooded with dirty brown stinky water through the bedroom. It smelt and we had to wear shoes. When we called to complain, they gave us 3 bath mats to make a path to the bathroom. Although the staff were lovely, they were only doing what they were told and said the carpet had been wet for a few days and there were no other room to move us to. Since we left, I tried through booking.com to get a refund or voucher and was offered a small partial refund as compensation. When I said that wasn’t good enough, they withdrew that offer too!

The furniture was damaged and chipped. The remote for the Air Con didn't work. The Kitchen Cupboards didn't shut properly and the cooker was dirty. There was an old ladies shaver still in the shower. There was an awful smell outside the room
