I didn't like that the printer did not work and I was unable to collect Star reward points while using the gaming machines .. I will b contacting star later to discuss the matter.

I enjoy all aspects but I particularly enjoy being able to relax in the gaming room after driving 7 - 12 hours.

Pet friendly room had carpet. All of them do. That stressed me out. The place is fantastic. BUT ONLY CARPET IN THE ROOM EVEN THE PET FRIENDLY ROOM.

Prices staff and management were great accommodating me because I stayed longer than expected and they worked it out that I stayed in the same room. Bar staff were great. Walking distance to IGA too very handy with my puppy dog.

Poor internet service. I logged on and then went and did something came back to session had expired, went back to log on and it wouldn't load.

The only thing that concerned me was that the only coffee mug in the unit was dirty, as if the previous occupant had used it and just put it back in place without even rinsing it out, it had obvious coffee/tea marks in it, when I washed it with boiled water (no detergent available though) it came up clean. So sadly, I think your cleaners need to do a more thorough job.

Local TV channels only. Wifi has a time limit. No proper window (apart from the bathroom but looks out to a fence), garden or any real character. Gyprock walls so you can hear your neighbours talking late at night and noise starts early in the morning. I had to buy ear plugs to sleep through because I had shift workers staying next door who used the tavern every afternoon and kicked on in their room well into the night.

Had almost everything needed for a comfortable short stay. Comfortable bed. Good shower and bathroom. Cold quiet A/C. Large IGA right next door.

Restricted WIFI in a family room is unacceptable. It will prevent me from staying on future trips. Double bed required mattress replacement.

Room was clean and tidy, bed was suoer comfy. Great parking facilities. Room service was easy to order from the pub onsite. Huger plus for us was that it was pet friendly. Will stay again.

The air con was located around a corner so it didn’t reach the double bed so made it hot. No ceiling fans and windows made it stuffy. Noisy exhaust fan in bathroom.
