“Sleeps 10” requires one of the person sleeping on the sofa bed and a mattress on the floor. There are only 3 bedrooms and 3 double beds, one attached with a bunk bed.

No hair-dryer in ensuite bathroom. No towels in bedroom 3. We had 3 people, each in a separate bedroom & bed 1 & 2 occupants used both towels each supplied for their rooms before realising bed 3 occupant had no towel. No big deal though.

2km from Suncorp Stadium. Handy to Brisbane River walk and the city. Clean, tidy & easy to follow instructions for entry etc. Bottle of wine & bickies were a nice touch.

Access to property, given wrong key code. Large security deposit. Constant hassling for information about our personal details. Could sleep 10 at a pinch with one on a mattress on the floor and 2 on a fold out sofa bed. No cleaning cloths in the kitchen and a dirty dish brush left.

We liked the location, the cleanliness, parking, most of the facilities.

Very cosy townhouse in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by lush greenery. Kitchen is well-equipped, location is great with restaurants, supermarkets, airport and attractions within 10 to 20 minutes drive. Young children is well taken care of with bunk beds, cots and plastic plates cups and plates provided.

The booking process and having to provide personal details. The security deposit was a bit OTT, but then maybe that's the way of the future, as people are not showing care or responsibility for people's property. However there should be a better rating for regular customers that have a proven track record of being responsible when staying in accommodation.

Great location, comfortable and well kitted out. Would certainly stay there again.

From the initial booking this experience was horrible. 5 days before our stay so I was hassled with letetrs saying that I was required to fill out forms and provide lots of things which was an absolute joke. Firstly I was asked for a $1000 deposit as apparently 4 days before booking is counted as a 'last minute check in' which requires a $1,000 deposit. I was also told I had to fill out forms which included my credit card details and was told I even had to send a picture of me holding my credit card showing at least the last 4 numbers. I was totally ignored when my response was requesting the companies internal policy on storing credit cards and private information of guests. Ignored two times when asked again for this info and told if I didnt send the info by the night before my flight that the booking would be cancelled with no refund available. How Rude. In this day and age is it not a god given right that we be told what is happening with our personal details, especially our credit card and license photos. In the end I sent it all, was told it wasn't received although i sent it to May on the number we chatted on and it was sent. We arrived to a townhouse with two massive staircases. I had my mother with me who is disabled and could not access the second level which had all of the beds and showers. I immediately informed the management company but they would not freely offer a refund or a swap to another property, even though there was a unit at the front with only 1 staircase which was not occupied at the time I called. A huge issue with my mum not being able to shower for the first 2 days of our trip until my complaints to booking.com received an offer to move places to a dwelling with a lift. Still had to pay almost $300 for a cleaning fee however, and the customer service from May at the management company was, in summary, rude and obnoxious.

Being spread over three levels this accommodation may not be appropriate for people with mobility issues.

The townhouse is beautifully finished and a spacious place to stay with family. The accommodation was clean and well presented with easy parking and in a great location.

There was what seem to be dog hair over the floors. and on a set of bed sheets. The rug in the lounge room was stained badly. The spare single mattress has mould and a big stain on the bottom of it. The fans were full of dust
