Very run down, old building. Bathroom pretty horrible. But it was as clean as they could get it. AC worked , clean comfy bed

Located on main road so quite noisy. No designated parking and ended up parking across the road for both nights. Function room but very dated and could do with a facelift.

Location was great for an event that we were attending at Latrobe University (a few minutes drive)

Actually for the price i think its as good as it can get.

For the price of the room i was expecting worse so was pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly and welcoming. What can i say, you get what you pay for. better than expected

The outside of the property is horrible. Broken concrete, rubbish, unkempt ground and signs.

Looks very old outside and needs refurbishment of appearance, garden, sign and cleanup of carpark rubbish. Ok inside. Some traffic noise but ok especially in rooms 1-5 around the back away from traffic.

Close to LaTrobe Uni, park and shops, restaurants. Comfy bed and spacious room. Toaster and plates, bowls, cutlery provided.

Outside area (garden and facade)needs a cleanup, smokers need to move away from entrance, entrance & stairwell smell of cigarettes. Stairwell & hallway needed a vacuum, garbage bag in hallway. Walls need a scrub and coat of paint. Holes in walls. Only hot water for 1 shower, not really sufficient for a family room. No teatowel, detergent or dishcloth in kitchenette, when requested we were given a bathroom towel??? This place has slot of potential, in a great position, needs some work out in.

Bed was comfy, kitchen fit out is relatively new. Family room very spacious.

1. Asked me for a $100 refundable bond right when at the time of access card collection. Said it's in the policies. Why isn't such an important thing in the main description of the room booking process?!! 2. Fridge in the area next to the washroom. So unhygienic! 3. Bathroom needs a renovation, seems like it's due for it since ages. 4. The water taps in the room were unstable. We were scared they might need a plumber in the middle of our stay.

Location was good, polaris shopping town was near. Good bright lighting. Ample milk and coffee. Deposit refund was smooth process.

It was dirty. There were stains on the walls skirting board. The old toilet roll holder had been burnt. There is very poor lighting in the bathroom. The two lounges were very low to the ground. The noise by other guests was loud at 10 pm. There was no housekeeping the whole time we were there. I did not feel secure or safe. Couldn't get all the channels on the TV. Taps dripping in the kitchen and toilet constantly running

Staff were accommodating, and fulfilled reasonable requests. late check in (with notice) allowed. Food delivery found the place easily. Close to tram stops.
