Only one bedside lamp worked. The sink plug did not work and the water was slow draining. I had to make 5 phone calls to obtain the room lock code.

Must book parking with hotel otherwise it is difficult to find anywhere to park. Coffee and tea not stocked. Room could have been a bit cleaner.

While showering, water was splashing onto the toilet and floor, which makes it slippery. Shower curtain may not be the best solution. The drain in the bathroom sink did not drain well.

The room was really lovely and modern and the bed was super comfortable. TV had Chromecast which was an added bonus! The location was also incredibly beautiful. Check in was a breeze and staff were super helpful and friendly via text.

This was me and my sisters first time for a stay at Pasadena and the moment we arrived, we were really stunned just by how beautiful the place was itself. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were mouth watering. And the seaside views were just beautiful. So calm and soothing. 🙌🏽

Stairs were harder for me but the views were worth it and staff helped with luggage. The toilet is in frosted glass and tiny space so you need to leave the door open claustrophobic and the tap in the basin is too low very challenging to fill the kettle and a glass of water. Also no room in the fridge for anything it’s so full.

I was upgraded to the waterfront king suite wow!!! Woke up to the sound of tinkling masts and lapping water it was magical and exactly what I needed to recharge my batteries. Bed was comfy, sheets were lovely had a bath with a view and some TV with a glass of wine amazing. The dinner at the restaurant was lovely too and the staff were so friendly and helpful I have already rebooked for Jan & Feb!!

It was a very hot day and the air con didn’t work very well despite us making sure the windows were completely shut; it was impossible to fill the water jug or coffee machine from the sink; the glass wall on the toilet doesn’t allow for soundproofing and privacy; the room was overpriced considering there was no pool, gym or breakfast; parking for $25 was also exorbitant; finally, it would have been nice to have received a small gift (eg chocolate) for our 25th wedding anniversary (above and beyond little touches)

The only thing and it was minor there was no body lotion. I didn’t bring any thinking there would be some but there wasn’t.
