The apartment was lovely with stylish decor. It is in a great location, close to the beach and shops. Very spacious and comfortable. Lovely little touches such as coffee table books to read, a Nespresso machine and beach towels !

The only very minor complaint is there was no milk to be able to make tea / coffee and the local supermarket doesn't sell anything smaller than 1L bottle, which we wouldn't have gone through in two days. Not a huge issue at all, just something to consider.

Loved the central location and the outlook. The size of the room is perfect for a couple. Super clean and easy to find and access. Also super handy being able to store our luggage prior to check in and after check out before our flight. The only thing to be aware of is the noise coming from the Airlie Beach Hotel across the road and the bar/restaurant underneath the room. Not overly loud and the glazing on the doors is amazing as it mutes most of it. It didn't bother us at all, we quite enjoyed having the atmosphere and music finishes up by around 10/11pm anyway.

Noise from nearby venues late in the evening and noise from same venues and council at 5.40 in the morning. There was no milk in the fridge and no tea pot for the leaf tea supplied.

The place is spacious, comfortable, and homy. Kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is very comfortable. Location is great as it’s a minute to the beach and most restaurants. One of the best value for money places i’ve stayed in

I couldn’t imagine any accommodation better than this in Airlie Beach! The apartment is large, modern and clean, with everything we could possibly need. The location is second to none, with Woolworth just across the road, and pubs, restaurants, cafes, airlie beach lagoon, the port just steps away. We had our best holiday here. Thanks for pavilion collection apartments. Great job!

Parking was an issue. Parking surrounding the accomodation was mostly 15min or 3hr parking. Carparks nearby were paid parking. Perhaps arranging with the car park attendants or council a parking permit for guests? Found it difficult to coordinate paying/moving car with asp going on tours etc… parking permit may avoid parking fines for guests.

Easy access with a door code. The kitchen etc had everything you could possibly need, the hosts have gone above and beyond with this accommodation.

There are stairs to get up to the rooms which is fine for most I have a bad knee so had to be extra careful. On arrival the room hadn’t been cleaned from previous tennant but it was sorted fairly quickly! Our stay was for 7 nights and the apartment was not serviced during the stay!

Location is convenient and central and fantastic, we felt safe and very easy to get to everything for a family of adults. The rooms had all the necessary things you need for a getaway! Host was very accomodating to give us an extra hour for check out.

Large rubish truck stopped under our window with the motor on from 2am to 5.30am the first night.

There was a lot of dust everywhere. Maybe the property isn't regularly used? And we had to rewash all of glasses and plates/bowls etc. before we could use them as they were either dusty or dirty

Great location for restaurants, drinks, lagoon, beach, excursions etc. If you have a young family however, it may not be suitable as even though the property has doh or glazed windows you can clearly hear the live music (until 10pm) and late night revellers making their way home

Flat is locate din the centre of Airlie Beach. It's very comfortable and well equipped to cook some meals at home. We loved it
