The room wasn't very clean, I found some dirty napkins on the floor between the wall and the bed. I was expecting some "welcome snacks and tea" like last time but I'd be happy also with a chocolate, but there was nothing. Not super important but last time I felt really welcome. Something to work on :)

The service was not timely, there was no hair dryer for two days so I couldn't wash my hair, and the room was not cleaned during check-in time. After reacting, I went out for 4 hours and came back to see a cleaner room. old house

The house isn't very clean or neatly arranged. When we arrived we found the wrong key. Owner was here to accommodate in 15mn. Bathroom was really dirty and the owner cleaned it before we used it. Overall the house could use a good refurbishing.

Great location, very central and buzzing neighborhood. Very quiet. Host was flexible when we had an issue.

I tried to ring the owner on a strangers phone when I arrived because I was having trouble getting in and had no working SIM card, he didn’t answer. The location isn’t close to anything. The pictures don’t give a good representation of what it’s actually like. I came away with the worst bites I have ever had. Avoid at all costs.

Building needs maintenance. General cleanliness and hygiene of the room was below expectations. There was a strong odour that prevailed and I had difficulty opening the window to air the space. This could be rectified with a regular deep clean. The bed linen was creased, pillows and bed mattress was not comfortable so I had a poor night sleep. The online pics don't match the experience I had.

Lovely terrace architecture. Quiet and convenient location to where I needed to be. Prompt online communication and instructions from host. Kitchen was well equipped.

Cleanliness was poor: two different colours of hair on the pillows, small stains on the sheets, dirt and crumbs under the bed, towels smelled slightly musty, moldy ceiling in the bathroom. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the price. If I was paying $50 for a room at a dodgy backpackers, I'd put up with it, but for over $100 I expect things to be tidy.

The amount of old cobwebs, mold and dead mosquitos on the walls can't fit into this description. Kitchen was completely disgusting filled with cockroaches and mold. There were even maggots on the ceiling lamp next to the spiders. I get that the place is a low cost option but it really need a little more of maintenance, housekeeping can't do all the work given the conditions they have.

Bathrooms looked clean and tidy. Beds the same. I like the style of the house.

I was supppose to check in 1am to 2 AM. BUT THERE WAS NO MESSAGE FORM BOOKING.COM ABT TO CHANGE OF MY FACILITY. AND WHEN I RANG ON THE GIVEN NUMBER WITH NO REPLY. AND LEFT STRANDING ON LATE IN NIGHT NOWHERE TO GO.
