The bathroom/toilet had no door, if you are seated on the toilet and open the entrance to the room you can see the person on the toilet and they you, when one of us wanted to use the toilet at times the other person needed to leave the room due to privacy etc, the shower sprayed out a lot and we were concerned at keeping the floor dry.

The staff were very friendly the room was very clean and comfortable. Situated close to the Main Street.

Everything was good.

The location was right in the town of Toolgoolawah across from a cafe and attached to a liquor store and bar. Great accommodation if you are riding the BVRT. Breakfast was cereal choices, milk, bread for toast-different kinds, butter, jams. We bought some yoghurt and fruit at the local IGA grocery and added it to our brekkie. Tea and coffee supplied and dishes, microwave, toaster. Very clean and pleasant dining area.

One of the cupboard doors in the kitchen is falling off its hinges, the Breakfast area roof was leaking due to rain. Whilst i understand customers are not only cyclists, a couple of bike related items would be handy for running repairs (some bike tools and floor pump, attached to the wall so they don't go missing). Washing machine and dryer would be of benefit, even if coin operated. These are very minor things compared with the great stay that was had.

Range of breakfast items were great, continental breakfast of champions. Bike storage room was great. The Bed...OMG so soft and comfortable after a big day cycling. Wifi and netflix ready TV, it was the home away from home.

Such a lovely surprise - modern, exceptionally clean, amazing value. Designed to welcome cyclists on the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail, as non cyclists we were equally as welcome. It’s really the best place to stay in town from location and facilities. Not only is there a well appointed room with decent fridge, TV, wifi, coffee pod machine (Breville/Nestle capsules), good shower, *excellent* pillows etc but there was a casual lounge area at the front of the building with complimentary continental breakfast. Absolutely no complaints or notes.

On arrival the young lady checking us in was also serving the bottle shop and the bar so it took a bit of time. The room had not been checked properly as the sink was still full of dirty water and there was food in the fridge from the last people.

The best part was location and there was a communal kitchen with breakfast supplied.

Nicely furnished rooms, modern private bathrooms, great shared kitchen with tea, coffee and breakfast making provisions. Central location, perfect for the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. Fans and air-conditioning were very welcome in this hot weather.

Beautifully arranged rooms. Clean and comfortable beds. My friends and I enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen area and playing the board games. Pleasantly surprised by the microwave, fridge and coffee pod machine in the rooms.

Property entrance is not designed for bikes. Steps at entrance and no way of fixing the door in an open position make it difficult to get bike inside if travelling with heavy panniers. Toilet should have a door.

Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and common area were a pleasant surprise. Good surrounding amenities (supermarket, bottle shop, pub serving food) compared to other villages along bvrt.

perhaps the lack of natural light in the daytime, but as we only stopped for an overnight stay this was not an issue.

Everything was up to expectations, and good for an overnighter. While the room was on the small side, it was clean and comfortable. Having no windows was unusual, but certainly provided for a dark room to sleep in. The self-serve continental breakfast was a nice addition. We would stay again if passing through.
