It was just a bit isolated and you had to jump in the car a lot. More than we wanted. 1 night eating at the restaurant was enough.

PW was a nice resort with good facilities on site. The pools are excellent. The restaurant was just ok but it was nice to go down and sit in the cafe.

Service of apartments was very average we were there for a sporting event so would have appreciated a clean or change of towels after at least the second day. Most days we left early before reception opened and came home late after reception closed so didn’t get to request towels or toilet paper.

Our apartment was great. We had what we needed for our stay so was pretty happy with that. Maybe an air fryer would be great for these rooms but otherwise really happy with our room.

Bathroom is a little dated and needs upgrading. Resort restaurant previously offered a varied lunch and dinner menu but appears to just be a limited Thai menu now. The mattress in our apartment was soft and sagging, uncomfortable, needs replacing.

Quiet location away from the busy beachside tourist areas like Maroochydore. Beautiful outlook from our one bedroom apartment overlooking the swimming pool and golfcourse. Spacious apartment. Convenient kitchen area for meal preparation. Washer and drier in apartment. Nice sized balcony.

This time I had a room at the front of the building. This looks out over the car park and road and because there is an extensive patio area the room tends to be a bit dark.

The property is conveniently located for the CBD and also a shopping centre with both Coles and Woolworths. All staff that I encountered were friendly,helpful and efficient. My stay included ANZAC Day so there were several large parties of veterans staying. This put a strain on the restaurant staff but they remained polite and friendly and apologised for the extended wait times.The room I occupied was clean and well equipped including all kitchen utensils that I needed.

Rooms were dated, cabinetry, kettle too big to fill in vanity had to stand in shower, needs a screen slider for balcony. More hanging space in bathroom, bag holder strap broken, balcony setting is old ugly and needs replacing. Carpet frayed in places, TV very hard to turn on & too small Pool needs maintenance around the sides

The bed was too firm, pillows too high & we didn’t use the spa as it had damage to the base of it.

The unit was spacious & quiet, we enjoyed our view of the pool & golf course.

It was a bit far out to drive from where we were wanting to go and I think they rooms could be a bit more renovated to keep up with the times and the price for one night.

I enjoyed the facilities downstairs, it is great that you guys have a nail shop/cafe and restaurant that overlooks outside.

Room fittings were tired ( yellowed light fittings ) draws and cupboards water damaged difficult to operate No hot water ( 2morning 2) 1 shower fine second cold Tap spout in bathroom sink .... wobbly

The restaurant was very overpriced. When we arrived the aircons weren’t working and it was quite hot on the first day and night but then it was fixed for the following two nights.

Great pool and restaurant facilities. The golf course was stunning to look out onto.

At night, the front lights of the building were shining in the bedroom. They were super bright even with the curtains fully closed.

Large room with a very comfy bed. The kitchen was well set out as well and we could keep on top of our washing with ease with the full laundry. Mostly peaceful except for some building-related traffic passing by during the day.

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay there.

It was nice to have the balcony to sit out on during the day and the pools were a great addition to our stay, but note that the lap pool is warmer than main pool. The complementary secure underground parking was a bonus. The Pelican Waters Shopping Village was only a 5 min drive and had a Coles, a Woolys, a BWS shop a few other shops and a Petrol station.

I couldn’t order room service (breakfast specifically) from the cafe to my room and I wasn’t sure if you had a laundry on the premises for customer use which I would have used if it was available but it wasn’t written anywhere if there was or wasn’t.
